Milton didn’t increase their short, they reduced from 0.6 to 0.58 on 10th and then reduced again on the 11th to 0.49%

I haven’t got my notes with me, but I think we decided that VG Corp Trust is holding the Employee Trust, so 4.62%

There are also shares in relatively sticky hands below the holding level of those listed. Kelso for instance had 0.6% before they bought in the placing (I think). Then there are the Director buys from TGL, John Gallimore, Damian Saunders, Helen Jones, Sue Farr, Gillian Kent, Dean Moore. Small holdings latterly, but the first 3 hold a few.

Hoping I capture it all correctly. I updated the Mike Ashley holding to reflect the recent RNS, as Bloomberg had 5.01 at the time.

If Matt is going for a buy out, why did he not take the lot together, rather than spinning off ingenuity?

If this is the plan, why is Matt not rebuilding his holding after reducing his RemainCo holding to pay for his increased ingenuity holding?

Thoughts on why anyone thinks that he is likely to take RemainCo private too?
