At least we know who’s been selling. We knew after they publicly sided with Kelso that they (or their investors) were becoming frustrated. The fact that Kelso increased their holding, demonstrates the divergence of opinion.

I also have Evan’s associated with a Harbrook Ltd holding of 1.97%, but these could be out of date

The ex Balderton guy was/is Mark Evans. Last holding I have in my notes was/is 2.71%

HLs guidance has been a bit inconsistent so appreciate you replying.

For HL holders.

Having received an online letter from HL advising that when I want to sell my shares in TheHut.com Limited, HL will facilitate the sale with JP Jenkins, for appropriate fees, I replied by saying that in the Ingenuity Shareholders Agreement it states that all uncertificated shares must be transferred into escrow with Equiniti Limited, and asked if this is still necessary.

I’ve just had a response that says that “From the information we have been provided, the shares should not need to be transferred outside of HL”.

Has anyone else had the same guidance?

Tesco have a later range review date. These launch timings are totally ruled by retailer range changes.

THG PLC, up 9.3% at 45.40 pence, 12-month range 38.98p-77.95p. The Financial Conduct Authority approves the transfer of its listing category to the equity shares (commercial companies) category. The transfer became effective on Monday, the e-commerce firm notes. This will make it eligible for FTSE UK index inclusion. THG previously had planned to move to the 'premium' listing segment in London, with Founder & Chief Executive Officer Matthew Moulding clearing the way to do so buy giving up his 'golden share' with its voting special rights back in 2023. Since then, the UK Financial Conduct Authority made changes to UK listing rules, creating the new categories.”
