You do know that these shares weren’t purchased after hours don’t you? Just reported after the market closed. No one bought shares today at a price that wasn’t available to you.

People disappointed with a 20% rise in a week? Some people shouldn’t be anywhere near the stock market.

Agreed Antigua, always comes down to how much money you have, same as every walk of life as you say. But if the market makers drop the price to fill a massive order like I suggested, the reason is to make their money on the spread, not manipulation because they have it in for a handful of pi’s. That is just making a market, which they are there to do. They probably make more when the price is on the way up anyway because higher volume usually follows.

I wouldn’t pay too much attention to share deals printed after hours on sites like here, the purchase is made during trading hours they aren’t buying/selling the stock after hours which of course would be criminal.

I agree that we should be far higher than we currently are, we should be 15p+ by now, and I do expect us to be there soon enough when the ASX listing happens. Sooner rather than later. Good luck 👍🏻

Antigua - I will agree that the 4.8p placing was manipulation, to make the purchase cost look a lot less than it was. We all know fair valve before the deal was probably around 9/10p a share at least, so the purchase price for Telfer/Hav should be worked out based on that amount.

I also think when the ‘leak’ came out about a raise when the SP shot up to 12p which dragged the price right back was manipulation, but both of these were caused by people within the company not the MM.

You say institutions can do that but you can’t, you definitely can, if you put an order in for 100 million shares at 9p a share, the MM would do anything they could to drag the price down in order to make their money off the spread.

I don’t think anyone is arguing that there is no such thing as manipulation in the stock market? But go to any share that’s not flying and read the comments, there will be loads of people saying it’s been manipulated.

You can’t say it’s manipulated for a fact, but then say I’m not providing evidence of who is doing it, how they are doing it or why they are doing it because it is so obvious. And no one ever seems to answer why it’s not manipulated when the price goes up? If they are manipulating it to keep the price down I wouldn’t worry about it they can’t be very good, SP has doubled in the last few months since the deal was announced.

SC - your reply makes no sense. If it is so obvious then you should be able to give a simple explanation of how it is being manipulated?

Just because you want the price to be higher like we all do doesn’t mean it’s manipulated. If someone was trying to manipulate it why would an arbitrary figure like 10p hold any significance to them?

SC you say there is a strong and concerted effort to stop this going into double figures. What do you think the manipulation is by exactly?

People always just say this is definitely manipulated but never give a plausible reason of how someone could even do it? Like how exactly do many on here who suggest that wyloo are suppressing the price (they aren’t) are doing it?

It was quite obvious a few on here were trading it. Everytime we get good news always a few ‘LTH’ who say not getting carried away there will be profit takers. Clear signal they’ve been caught out on the wrong side of a trade haha

You can’t blame people for being frustrated. People on here move the goalposts to suit every missed target they set. For years the same people have said as soon as the 5% debacle is over this will fly, then when the takeover is complete it will fly, and now the same people saying as soon as we join the ASX it will fly. Many posters have 0 credibility left I don’t know why they feel the need to keep on posting.

Also, why do people always announce that they have been trading this when the price has fell back? Didn’t see many people at 9p+ saying I’m selling up now because I’m trading it.

There are so many experts on here who ‘knew’ this pullback was inevitable. I presume you all sold every single share you have and bought back lower if you absolutely knew this was coming? If you are going to ‘predict’ what will happen to the share price try not predicting it after it has already happened. Why do posters on every share bb do this haha?

If we release another quarter results with ATH gold prices before ASX listing then there is no way we will be below 10-11p anyway. He will still consolidate though as he said we have an unusual amount of shares in issue in his chat with Liam.

To be fair he created the majority of them though so thought that was a strange statement haha. GLA

Funny how people hear what they want to hear. He said I don’t want the way we get past the £1 sp to be solely through consolidation he wants share price growth to contribute to that. He didn't say he hoped it would stay below 10p 🤣

Bamps - what do you mean when you said “Released before the ASX listing could give them a headache”?

Do you think they are likely to do that or hold back until afterwards to prevent the headache?

Bamps - When do you expect the FS for Hav to be released?

Thought Wyloo signed up for a certain amount of shares in the placing to keep their % the same after all the new shares were issued?

As for people saying I haven’t held on for ‘10’ years etc just for 20p, that is not how the market works. They don’t base the mcap of a company on how long one or two people have been invested for.

DT - No it hasn’t been a waste of time if you can hold on and sell at a higher price than it is today. There will definitely be a second peak on the LC higher than last time in the next few years, but it will be a mcap peak.

SD has done amazing things for the company at large, just hasn’t been ideal for LTH, especially any who got in over 20p. But his job is to progress the company not the share price.

As others have said it’s a different company now so just re evaluate today, if you think it will go up hold/buy, if you think it will go down sell up and look for better returns elsewhere and try not to worry about the past

The only good thing that will come from consolidation is that people will stop going on about 38p, that was years ago move on. And as stated before the Lassonde Curve works on mcap not share price, so don’t be looking at that and thinking it’s got to well outstrip 38p.

It’s not a negative I’m sure almost everyone who has been in for years when they bought at the top has averaged down over the last 4 years so your average will be a lot different to what it was. I agree with a few others that we should be looking at a SP of 20p+ this time next year with all the great news that is to come.

Bamps - When would you expect us to next receive any major news regarding what we are sitting on? Are you imagining a relatively quiet time until the resource is updated in March, or do you see something left field coming out of the blue? I know it’s a guessing game but you have got a better handle on what’s going on than everyone else :)

Howezap - I completely agree we have no need whatsoever to raise any more, certainly not at a discount, and I hope that is the case.

Havetelfer - there are no regulations preventing him from saying we won’t do a raise.

Benrumpson - good luck to you mate we will all be sitting pretty in a year or two at 25p+
