I may be mistaken but didn’t it say that any of the stockpile that is processed during this two week period needs to be replaced with the same amount back to the stockpile before handover?

Redirons - I hope you’re right but if he isn’t planning on doing one what could be the negative of him saying there wont be one, or at least say if we have to do one it will be at a premium. Can’t see any reason why we need more institutional investors that desperately that they need a heavy discount.

If our future is as promising as we all think it is going to be they will buy in on the open market at the going rate anyway. I am slightly reassured that Newmont and Wyloo will be against their share being diluted but will they just be offered even more shares to keep their % the same again?

The problem if he does a placing is that there is absolutely no need to do it this time, especially at any discount whatsoever. It may have been necessary to allow us to buy Hav/Telfer which can transform us as a company but not this time.

He knows by not confirming one way or another that there is a ceiling on the SP for months to come.

Think the most important question he will have to answer will be about an ASX raise. If he isn’t going to do one he will just say it’s not going to happen. If he says we haven’t made any decisions it will mean he is going to do one and the market will take it that way. And if that is the case the reigns will be on the SP for months until that is out of the way.

If he says no raise because we have all the funding in place and will be generating enough profit then I feel every shareholder will forgive him for the massive discount he gave and we will all move on and look forward to the future. Fingers crossed and good luck all 👍🏻

Ace - You’re not really calling MH01 out on anything though or questioning him because I think he’s had you in the green bin for a few weeks so seems like you’re ranting away to yourself and he doesn’t even see any of it, just the rest of us. Think he was trying to be the bigger man by binning you and it’s worked.

Not very subtle Freddy haha. But I imagine they would announce any raise at the same time as announcing the purchase of telfer/hav. If he has an agreement in place with institutions for a placing at 7/8p say, when the news drops of us buying the lot the price will go up a fair bit, SD would then get it in the neck if he announced a raise at a massive discount at a later date, bringing the SP back down.

I think his heart is in the right place and looks like he has invested a lot here but I think most people stopped listening to hydro when we were sat at 14p and every day he was saying last chance to buy at this rock bottom price and implored everyone to sit on their hands. Then few months later we were sat at 7p haha. Obviously anyone taking advice on these boards deserve to lose their money but think everyone realised they were all wild guesses on his part.

I’ve said it before, anyone who posts constantly is happy for the board to be full of nonsense that is why they are doing it. Peppers, Nine, and now apparently MH01 among a few others are clearly filling the board up with rubbish so no good conversations can be had and discussions about the company. If they didn’t want it that way they would just filter, yet they don’t as it’s going how they are planning it to go.

There is a lot of work to be done in the background but a lot of it has surely already been completed, SD has known about this for a relatively long time since Newmont made their announcement. Plus as many believe he has known long before that we would have the chance to buy the lot.

I’m happy to wait as these things can take months/years. Price is not going to move until we get concrete news on how we progress. Until then the market will price in the probability of a placing for ASX listing at around the SP we are at now. GLA.

Never understood people who say they are only interested in what comes from the company in an RNS, if that’s the case why are you on a bb to discuss the company just sign up for RNS to be sent directly to your email.

God forbid we get a bit of excitement and positivity after a tricky few years here. GLA.

To be fair every year that he does diggers and a town hall meeting he usually has something to talk about. Usually a drill campaign and how the decline development has progressed at least. Not much point in him going just to say can’t talk about anything because of a NDA whenever he is asked a question because more or less every question will be about the aquifers, when will decline recommence and the telfer/Hav sale.

I agree it has to come at some point soon doesn’t make much sense for them to wait a couple of days to do it. The meeting with all staff could be to go over the finer points on the deal and deadlines etc. not necessarily to break the news to them.

Although wouldn’t surprise me either if they just included that the sale process was progressing well. Hopefully something juicy though :O

MH01 - It is honestly you who is ruining the board. I can imagine a few are like me and have simply filtered the ones who post non stop nonsense (Culpepper/Nine etc.) but each one still gets a reply from you. You post good information and good links but only way to stop the board from being clogged up with back and forth pointless posts all night will be for people to filter you too. Every time I have a read through of an evening all I see is, green box - MH01 -green box - MH01 - green box - MH01 😆

Obviously you’re free to do as you please but would be a shame if everyone had to start filtering you too and missing out on some decent links.

Spade - Who do you think is manipulating us? I don’t usually buy into manipulation but this is a weird one and don’t think it’s the tiny short preventing us from rising into news but also to drop just before some of us are expecting it and expecting it to be very good.

Mentalmax - I was wondering that, really surprised we haven’t had a little bounce with the rumours an announcement could be imminent. We usually rise in anticipation of news.

All the recent appointments have got to be a positive indicator towards us buying the lot. Imagine how ridiculous SD would look if he has hired all these members on incredible wages/share warrants then we don’t buy it and progress with our 30% which we have no control or input over. It would cripple the company and his reputation so don’t imagine he would do it unless he was extremely confident of getting the deal over the line and a positive outcome.

Also, surely nobody believes he is always negative to bring the price down? He is definitely someone who has been spiked and had to sell up so is fuming at the company and terrified the price is about to fly back up and he’s missed out yet again. No person sells up then constantly comes back to post.
