Howezap - I completely agree we have no need whatsoever to raise any more, certainly not at a discount, and I hope that is the case.

Havetelfer - there are no regulations preventing him from saying we won’t do a raise.

Don’t forget when we were over 11p a year ago a convenient ‘leak’ came out of a raise about to happen. Again SD pretty much just said a raise wasn’t definite. Then of course the markets read that as, definitely going to be a raise and was correct.

If he had already agreed the deal with shares at 4.8p he would have been lynched if he announced that when we were 15-20p SP.

Ben - I agree with you hopefully that is not the case and we will see when that RNS lands. I don’t believe in MM playing games or any of that nonsense they just make the market.

All I think is if we are not going to issue any more shares when we list on the ASX then SD should just come out and say 100% guaranteed that is not going to happen. I know he has said there is no need for us to at present but markets want more reassurance than that.

I have said before if we close the deal and the price doesn’t move much then I think trippy is correct and it will be because those in the know realise a lid will be kept on until the ASX if the institutions have been promised shares at a certain price, discounted or not.

Can imagine Aussie ii won’t be happy paying double or treble what other institutions paid on the raise. Hopefully this is not the case though and I expect 10p+ by end of January.

Jiffy - Do you really think it will take us 2/3 years until Hav is online to breach 10p SP? Think he is being conservative with his guess of just double figures by the end of March next year personally.

Charta - you say everyone is getting worked up expecting a massive re rate in the short term, but then you say this is a 20+ year investment and it will be multiple times higher in next few years.

If it’s a 20+ year play then the next few years is short term and multiples of the current share price is a massive re rate.

Freddy - Anyone who thought the share price was on its way down over the past 4 years but didn’t sell, deserves to lose their money. I sold a good few at 32p but obviously looking back should have sold the lot and bought back in the 5p range. Don’t think anyone is arguing against that are they? Not even your good mate Spade would say he didn’t make a mistake by not selling, or if he did it is disingenuous. Easy to look back and say what everyone should have done.

The problem is everyone who held over the last few years obviously thought the SP was going to bounce back up.

NTL - So you think the share price is on the way down and you’re not selling up? Probably not a great investment strategy haha. That is how you can always tell if someone has genuine concerns or if they are just trying to spread negativity as no one in their right mind would hold when they think the SP is on the way down.

NTL - Everyone is allowed to question the decisions made by those in charge. I hate the brainless reply of if you don’t like one aspect just sell the lot at a huge loss. However, the question is do you think the price will be higher than now in a few weeks/months/years?

If you think the price will be lower then obviously you would sell up. The fact you aren’t I presume you believe the price will be higher soon? What do you think the share price will be on Jan 1st for example?

Redirons - The ones that engage with these people day in day out clearly want this board to be full of nonsense posts and not discussing the company or they wouldn’t keep doing it. Don’t seem to realise that valuable posters like Bamps won’t post here for much longer if all his efforts get sandwiched between 50 posts of pointless arguments.

Then after a couple of times we went on a run SD did an interview to say he couldn’t rule out a placing at some point in the near future, knowing that would anchor the price at around 7p with no chance of movement north. We will know if these games have stopped if we start moving north past 10p when we announce the sale is completed for Hav/Telfer. If it doesn’t move and is stuck at 6/7p I think it is safe to say he has promised more discounted shares to ii when we list in the ASX. Not ideal but just need to be patient if that is the case and then next year will have a clear run to 15/20p+ when the key milestones are released to the market in 2025. GLA.

To be fair think SD got a great deal overall for the Hav/Telfer purchase, and I think the deal was a couple of years in the making behind the scenes. I do think the deal was agreed a long time ago for it to be paid with the cheap shares at 4.8p and that a massive effort was put in to keep the SP down so it wouldn’t be too much of a disgrace to issue them at a huge discount. Don’t forget every time we went on a little run at 10p and above a convenient ‘leak’ would always pop up and drop us back to 6/7p.

Although the only thing more boring than the first time posters spouting nonsense is the so called LTHs who reply to every single one of their posts allowing them to fill up the board. Why even discuss with Culpepper etc he is obviously not invested and hasn’t been for a long time. Uses the ‘I'm buying back in’ so he can list the negatives when he pretends he is selling up.

Hi Spade, that’s an interesting point, I didn’t see anywhere that the maximum you could get was 100% of your holding? Also, I queried this with my broker as I only got 60 odd percent and they said it didn’t matter the amount as long as you were currently a shareholder with any amount you were eligible to apply for as many as you want, without guaranteeing you got them. They said the criteria can’t be that strict as the company can not spend time looking over each and every transaction before it goes through?

I wouldn’t worry even if a slight retrace happens for one day, everyone needs be looking at the bare minimum of 12 months down the line if not far longer. People are mad though if they think it will go anywhere near as low as the placing price.

I would say what people have said about forward selling though isn’t necessarily true. Someone could be an existing shareholder with 1 share, then bought 100,000 in the placing so therefore would not be able to sell them until 1st October. I know it’s an extreme but proves the point.

But in general 99% percent will be like me, already holding for a good few years and seeing the deal offered as too good to be true, topping up and keeping until end goal.
