we'll see a paper in a scientific journal - that must come. I guess we had the RNS's and the heads'up first because IMM needed Lanstead's funding.

next will be a MOU or one or two deals - of unknown, at this stage sizes.

i'm pretty sure the price here (at the moment) is guided by fomo/emotion and it won't take much to set it off.

However I remain reasonably upbeat about IMM - see if anyone can work out what happened on June 12, 2025 - those of you who claim to have so much inside pharma information.

Also what is the point is sharing information that cannot possibly be verified? You could say anything. You could just as easily say that you know a top 10 Pharma that went into IMM"s data room but decided that P140's potential was only for niche rather than higher value products - so they werent interested. You could make up any rubbish you like really.

This sounds very strange to me..is it even legal to share this kind of statement...

I doubt INCAN will ever have the marketing budget to make this retail strategy effective - although I haven't researched the sector, so that is just a guess. I still think this is just a PR strategy to attract licensing partners and a way of un-loading the stock they produced for Marionaud/Watson. I don't suppose the company has talked about the sell by date on this stock and their plans to produce more stock....? That kind of information would perhaps give us some clues.

If there was going to be a monumental transaction, surely that would have happened by now. And perhaps explains why Tim ramped up the engines to help Lanstead off-load. They didn't want to wait 8 months to several years for real value to be uncovered.

I still worry there might be a dispute with Avion but if there is no dispute then some of us can be patient and let whatever unfolds....unfold.

good to see that mentioned. all highly speculative. but that is how it is in some comps- highly speculative, high risk etc.

If anyone has a bit free time maybe send an email and ask IMM's IR about Avion. If more of us ask about it then maybe IMM will issue a more formal statement. I've seen less in RNS's. It would be good to hear it from IMM - some facts about the status of their current relationship with Avion. So we know that everything is OK. Because a lot has clearly changed 'on the ground' re P140 and new deals so where do Avion sit with all this. It is not an unreasonable question. Especially after the mess that Tim's other company got into with a legal dispute.

It would be good to hear something from IMM themselves, in an RNS.
