Should one look at the daily share price?

I would say...no. because.

I remember reading the book 'The Black Swan' by Nassim Taleb - former option trader - and I have never forgotten the bit where Taleb said he would see people around him checking stock prices on their phone and he would laugh at them. From the real insiders then....they keep it quiet and deep. And laugh at people like us.

This c-roach nonsense. I can't remember when it started.

but if you read the reasonably famous book about venture capital 'breakfast with pops' then 'c-roach' was used to refer to a company that no matter what, no matter how often they seemed to be struggling - the company pulled through.

the book 'breakfast with pops' is a dialog between two silicon valley VC players. its a very good book.

so...how did the c-roach word enter our little world...I can't recall. what was it first used to refer to?

The award I mentioned was given in June this year. Which is like 2 years after the failed P3?

My point was simple - whoever gave her the award still rated the science despite that failure.

Also if you dig deep in the failed P3...then that is also an interesting area of research.

But...thats why I found the award recently given to Sylviane Muller so interesting. Unless the awarding body were mad or drunk why would they give an award to a scientist whose drug was a total write-off? Despite failing the first P3 maybe whoever gave her that award - and I haven't got around to doing any DD on them - maybe they know the value of P140.

but I think the sp here is shaped by sentiment.

we need to see a few more factual bits and pieces - an article in a science journal, a MOU, a licensing deal, some confirmation re the relationship with Avion. that would all help.

so they do announce news during the conference. and...we just had all those block trades last week...like 6 figures was it of IMM changing hands.

Tim has saved news for conferences before (or just the very cusp of the conference).

so...lets see.... a small rise to flush out the penny pinchers and then drop the bomb...we can dream.

I don't suppose IMM would announce something just before or during the conference....it would be a neat PR move - when everyone is there....

(just for those who think its safe to sell today).

And way below the surface of the penny pinching is the deep, quiet way - maybe confident way - in which Sylviane Muller has talked about possible outcomes for a P3.

Also...if you are going to talk about a raise...have you done the maths on the cash burn, salaries and how much cash they have left from the Lanstead conversions...lets have some meat and some numbers. if we all do proper research and proper maths then we are doing the best we can for each other.

what the point.

if you want to talk about a raise...talk about a raise. tell us why the company would do it. what kind of raise would you expect in relation to warrants etc. and how would you expect the raise to be structured. that would be more helpful, I think.

So its not just Tim or Avion who think another run at the P3 for Lupus is do-able.

Also this award was given after IMM's 'breakthrough' claims so if this awarding (scientific?) body thought Tim's claims were specious then there is no way they would have given Sylviane this award. Or at least that is how I see this news.
