they have shares at 16.5p that worth 7p? or less if they tried to sell them all at once.

its seems so very obvious that the finance ishorrible. if the company was so good then couldn't they have attached a better looking or better structured finance package?

however...that is only first glance. should I look deeper. and if so. in which direction? a subtle clue would be welcome.

yes. yes. yes. and yes.

Between various posters its become clear (to me, at last) that Avion may well be in the mix. From Chat GPT it became clear (to me) that Avion may not have the resources to explore all of the possible auto-immune indications that need to explored. but they may still have to be cut in to the US side of any deal.

so I can see how this kind of work may take time. this is assuming Avion are playing ball. there so many assumptions.

and hopefully there will be some deals and MOUs and in the noise of all of that we will forget that we have forgotten about the P3 trial and hope the mcap isn't one that includes the p3 - but I don't think it is. I suspect our mcap is build on fomo and it won't take much to keep it up. but a tri-party deal is going to take time. and some of us will be adding and watching and hoping for the best.

see you in the new year unless I decide to share any bits and bobs. but I hope my position is reasonably clear. i have been buying, but never to excess. but i have been buying.

OK. Sorry to have been a prat . But what I did share is information that I have learned from following this company for a long time and dutifully watching the investor meets.

And in the last investor meet NARF were very clear that because the share price was so low they would not raise capital at this level. They also discussed a potential JV with a high mcap US tech company and explained that how the distribution of profits from that JV would mean there was no need for dilutive funding.

From a personal point of view I have been watching and waiting for a JV because if NARF can JV with a high-profile company then the share price will receive a colossal boost. And today's RNS is a reminder that this company's tech may well be formidable. It reminds me of Jim Mellon's assessment of Google and META in 2014 where he studied those companies patterns of acquisition (of early stage and start-up tech companies) and said that from an investor's point of view you could consider Google as an 'technology trust'. Anyway his point was that very good tech gets bought out by big companies and small investors never or very rarely get their hands on it. Which takes us to NARF.

As for 10 or 20% - not for me. I'm interested in 500-1000%. I have a full-time job. Why do I want 10%.

they said they were hoping to JV and avoid dilution via how the profits from the JV were distributed.

In previous investor meets NARF have said they were talking to huge US tech companies re JV.

Today's RNS must make those talks more interesting.

It did 40% yesterday on f-all volume .

basically 2x£5K trades yesterday took it up.

ffs they just claimed their stake in the future - Google AI Project Manhattan.

They are in bed with the US Govt on course for the future.

yes. I have sent them a question about the exclusivity issue.

when they reply I will ask them about the relationship with Avion.

And I will ask them if its Ok to share that information here. If not I will do my best to let you know what I have learned in as careful a way as I can.

disclosure - I own shares. I kept some cheap ones back form last year that I managed not to sell. And I bought some more last week. So I am not trying to de-ramp (my own holding). But I think its called DD or risk mgmt- and I just want a bit more clarity on the Avion issue.

Why no directors buy?

maybe they are just being kind. and don't want to encourage us to buy?

is there possibly a more technical explanation - I never get quite get that 'closed period' material - but help me...is there a reason why the directors aren't buying other than to warn us off.

Why the silence. that is un-forgive-able.

I would assume they are going to delist.
