What the AI rampers going on about the cancer/Phase 1 results are missing is the value of the image-ing side of the company. Its written in the old RNS's - the leading hospitals working with IBAI - and note that many of us have felt (rightly or wrongly) the image-ing was potentially more valuable than the cancer work. So if you think 1-400% rise on the cancer you can add another 5 or 6 bags for the image-ing.

Sorry to ask. But its been about a while for me since I was here. I remember (perhaps incorrectly) that PXEN had a Spanish asset they had not drilled - and this asset was potentially super valuable? In the past there was some concern re environmental permits etc that might have held back development or drilling of this asset? Am I right - is there are a sort of 'sleeper' asset - and what is the name of that asset. How are we doing on this progress?

I was just thikning the other night...damn people are wasting a lot of electricity on AI...all those kitten videos and more serious AI programs - I think we are going to be using so much more electricity than ever before. And I doubt that anything is going to be allowed to get in its way.

So....what was/is that asset?????

The trouble with that is....to me anyway....is that sounds like language that was designed to appeal to us - a word for small investors. its been bothering me for a while...it sounds a bit too much like 'terminator' or something that we know form a movie. i know that science journals and the world of science have 'immunomodulators' but...I don't know...i have my doubts.

I watched the Sep interview. Fascinating. Dr Che is very impressive. Towards the end of the interview they discussed funding - and seemed to suggest that any funding would be done at 'subsiduary level'. So there would be no dilution. And I guess that would be private equity.

But does that mean that this AIM listed company becomes the managing agent - not the owner, for the real deal - which is the private equity backed subsiduary that would take the profits (if they came) from the IP. So I was wondering if there was any upside to holding this at all....but I haven't got my head around the structure of the different entities here...but maybe someone else here has done that thinking/research....and you can save me some time. Any thoughts?

I watched the investor meets - it seems/seemed very likely they are thinking about 'going it alone' on the next stage of their trials which means they will have to raise money to 'go it alone'. Of course they might have a JV or partner. Or they might not. I would say that kind of uncertainty might dampen the share price but a lot of people buy and sell without doing much research so who knows

Presumably that's what in the b/g? wasn't it likely that CEO would issue some CLNs at some point. They might even be set higher than some would expect - and I can think of several reasons why that might be the case, not all of them nefarious. But I can't have any certainty about what is clearly unknown .

A very low 'wipeout' type raise... as showJ pondered....I don't know. Only if they were raising a vast amount to pay for a trial and I'm not sure that anyone in the UK would give them such a figure. The US...who knows....keep watching I guess.

Thank you so much. I can just about get my head around small caps in early stages - but once they start to move up cap and are borrowing hundreds of millions,...I am lost in terms of making an estimate on the upside re sp. But this is cooking at the moment. So good luck with the rest of the story.

How much are they after? is that like big big project capex. anyone know what kind of figure they hope to borrow - presumably a debt facility?

I guess you could ask how much has mcap of IMM increased over the last 12 months

And also ask is there anything rock solid to explain/justify that increase.

I can think of worse lines of enquiry.

I wouldn't tell people not to hold - I'm just saying what I've always said but not always said it very well...have some risk mgmt. And bear in mind if you are dreaming of big wins...remember some holders have already taken those wins (from 1.5p upwards) and gone. They are looking at rightmove these days. They are not looking here.

OK. I see. There is no investor meet. Or at least not a definite one.

Then as I suggested they are not doing a lot of PR because they don't need to. They don't want to raise funds. And they have said as much in both an RNS and during the meet. So...this might be quiet until someone starts buying. Or until they do RNS some news. And then it will move. Be patient...

There can't be a 1bn type deal unless IMM has 1bm worth of value

I watched the recent ADFVN interview - its so shoddy, the interviewer who doesn't know very much, Tim looking tired and make a claim about auto immune diseases. I don't know...if the compound was that great surely we would have heard from Prof Muller? She would have given an interview or released a statement to global media - maybe through a paper in a journal? Granted I'm only guessing, I'm not like someone who works full-time as a researcher or analyst in the pharmaceutical sector but as a casual punter...sorry...I can't see the 1bn deal. I see a smaller deal - to fund some pre clinical work on various conditions - the deal with have some eye-watering stonking milestones but as to whether IMM ever reaches them....that will be your next round of betting and ramping.

The last investor meet appeared to suggest they have contracts - maybe smaller ones - that they haven't even RNS'd. I guess they are not very pushy with comms/IR. Often companies are very pushy with the PR because they need or want to raise funds from the market. Interesting they are doing another meet though. On the last one they said the sp was so low they wouldn't think of doing a raise. So why do the meet?

And as has been mentioned. he gets paid for this. So come out and do it.

Things go wrong. But I think when that happens you need to come out and explain and talk about it. Hiding away in that situation is very poor IMO.
