Interview - nature of a deal?3 Sep 2025 21:50
I watched the interview. One question.
What kind of licensing deal? Can we think of best case/worst case types of deals. For example (thinking worst, forgive me) don't some 'deals' come with a load of warrants attached - or perhaps a little complex in other ways.
Tim said he would be talking to potential deal partners over the next few weeks. So no RNS in the next few days then?
And I thought Sebastian was less than clear when he discussed Type M cohorts - but I need to watch it carefully again - maybe it was my listening at fault. Not his speaking.
But I would appreciate some thoughts from others who have been looking at this sector longer than me, on the nature of licensing deals - and perhaps some pointers to other deals I can look at and examine. In the past I've looked at HEMO but their deals were smoke and mirrors affairs. I will be looking at other pharma's licensing deals to see how the financing was done and what effect it had on share structure etc. But any pointers welcome. To both best and worst case deals. Thank you....good luck all.
