Thanks. I think so...its hard to keep the details re business of pharma in my head - its not like my full-time job to know this sector! But what interested me is whether a drug can stay on EAP for years/decades - and that way GaM, if helpful, can be given to patients for as long as it is required. Because I can see that as a 'good thing' for patients and a very good thing for the company where IBAI's profile and rep would be significantly boosted.

This is good news. I don't know what the potential revenue is from GaM - if approved. If there is enough potential then a partner will be interested. Also last time I checked I thought there was a path-way where a drug can be given to patients despite the drug not being fully trialed or approved. I don't know if that can be a long-term fix - but that could also be a valid path to take. And there may be some revenue on that path (and that path also produces data which can be used to move towards approval) but I would think that second option is more about care, profile and kudos - which have their own (not to be underestimated) value.

I was just trying to cheer up the troops. Perhaps a better point to have tried to make was to look at value in relation to mcap. And I would assume the IP is worth more than the current mcap?

Clario recently bought NeuroRx - no details on the amounts exchanged in the deal but Clario has a valuation in the billions and has been on acquisition spree. Don't know if IBAI's area of expertise is a good fit for Clario - you can DYOR - but again just looking at the general landscape.

Just wondered if imagining companies sign deals. Can't say I've spent more than a few minutes looking but here one I found - AUD 20 million contract for just 7 hospitals (and 65 clinics). I haven't checked how many scanners they have in total but...you know......deals happen. In this sector.

I am sure many of us are familiar with the 'Black Swan' concept and have perhaps read the book by Nassim Taleb. I learned two things from reading the book. One was the degree of improbability he discussed. But that aside there was something I found more interesting. Talib was an options trader and risk analyst, he is a finance insider. He said that when he saw regular investors checking their phones, checking the share prices daily/hourly..do you know what he did? He laughed. That stayed with me. That means something. In my experience it doesn't help if you keep looking at the share price. And remember that when you do, someone, someone who knows finance, who is deep in the city, that someone is laughing at you.

We recently had a director's buy. It was such a small buy it was meant to be 'read' in some way? does it signify we are about to enter a closed period?

or was it a 'test' to see how much interest there is in this stock - if seemed to trigger some buys - suggesting there is interest in this company. and news - if it arrives - will similarly inspire a strong response.

We could concentrate on tech and facts? for a while.

it would be interesting to see what effect it had on the share price if those of us who comment on this board make a commitment to only talk about the tech, scans, the potential mcap or value (by looking at the cash value of related deals in the pharma sector). summer is usually quiet in the markets...but if for a period of 8 weeks no one talked about the CEO and just did research on tech and value and just published that material it would be interesting to see if it had any impact. so... I will only be posting positively or posting about tech and value between now and Oct 1.

I still think GE's new scanner is an interesting read. And may be relevant for us.

Also note that its installed in 4 locations - the market for this kind of product (and also ours) may well be very tight. and specialized.

who understands supply side of bitcoin? do COIN have an inside track?

i'm new to Bitcoin so if you are buying....are you buying newly minted or waiting for...a whale to dump? and how much pressure is there on the buy side....it must be a very interesting market. and its one I don't know anything about.

Even a small deal could lead to a significant move in the share price. It would depend on who that deal was with. If that deal functioned as any kind of validation of Tim's recent claims. And sometimes people just make enthusiastic responses to news regardless of its quality.

Tim should be able to get a small deal over the line. I don't think that is improbable. Perhaps for diagnostic use as Nolupus has suggested. Or a mou to deepen understanding. after that we might get news about Avion. Or we might have a totally different scenario.

IBAI may have some news. In which case I think semantic was suggesting a BRH buy would make sense.

BRH could do with more investor support.

It is a message. It says you should not be able to get 200K shares for such a small outlay..

But...I wouldn't advise anyone to buy stock in this company until you have at least researched the size of the potential market.

I would love to know what Tim told the people who stumped up the cash. It can't just be the 'breakthrough' data in that RNS which we are not sure about.

Just noticed that the recent Incanthera RNS was a 'breakthrough' (yes they used that word again).

however...I've been slowly dying of boredom researching sunscreens trying to work out if the data in that RNS really is a 'breakthrough'. i'm not sure that it is. i need to do more research (but its the weekend and i've run out of steam). perhaps that RNS would have been more helpful if it had comparative data with other companies' sun products.
