I was wondering why BRH picked up all those IQAI shares - at a very good price. Perhaps it was to increase the perceived or paper value of BRH? In the run-up to the recent fundraise? If that was/is the case, then its interesting to see what price the market put on the IQ/BRH package. And... I don't want to comment any further.

I would hope that once he's dumped the stock maybe some other beauty company will pick it up and sell it under another name. Something to look forward to in 2026/7. But we know so little about his plans or the quality of the partners etc.

my main issue now is...if the product is so good why did Watson walk away? I would hope that in the future they can license the product to a larger global company and make some real money...but if Watson weren't interested that is not good. I don't like the new deal but I would hope that in the future Tim might find someone more high profile to pick up the product.

INCAN - they have lost their high-profile, high-class partner. The partner that could have made their product a huge success.

Now they have a bucket-shop deal.. Hopefully in the future they can find another partner as high-status as Watson - but the current arrangement with the influencers etc (on a shoestring?) may damage the brand product image. They might be able to get rid of the inventory which, I think, is where the all their money is - otherwise they have no cash, no partner and what looks like a Del Boy deal to off-load stock and cheapen/tarnish the brand image. Dismal IMO.
