Nothing much has materially changed. IMM still have P140 and are moving forwards. IMM is a bit short of cash - having spent £ on patent and lab work - but you could say they have spent the money to create value. People always panic. People like to mislead others. And small caps like this are always subject to wild fluctuations. They just are. When IMM release news the value they have worked and invested to create will be miraculously restored. And then IMM can raise some money to keep going at a share price that is higher than today's.

In which case why does the share price drop...well not everyone has faith in the above scenario. Some panic. Some have short positions. There must be all sorts of reasons. I imagine you would lose your mind if you tried to understand all of them. And most people trade a bit around their positions. That usually helps.

Thing is I like Newham. Best curries ever. I was going to buy a house there but the prices suddenly went mad. At first I couldn't work it out - because its not obviously the most desire-able area. Then I realized it was down to the illegal landlord type behavior - and the total failure of the local council to regulate or control it. And a fair chunk of those landlords aren't paying tax either - as far as I can tell.

At the same time I can understand that if you come over to the UK for a couple of years to earn some money you still need somewhere to live - maybe thats something the Govt and local councils could and should have worked on. I guess they just left it to the free market and the market produced its own result. Years ago my Dad used to stay in the Salvation Army hostels when he was on a travel/shift. Maybe something like that should have been built.

i really thought from watching the investor meet (but the one before last...I think) that they were going to 'go it alone' on the next phase and would be raising some £ towards the end of the year.

anyway maybe i'm wrong. or something else is happening. anything... is possible.

that's newham. that's a mad place.

it was worse before brexit -instead of people from bangladesh etc stuffed into illegal HMO's they were from Eastern Europe - sometimes more than one family in a tiny flat. like three families in a 3-bed. some of my mates in newham voted for brexit just because they thought it would save those families from any more pain. but newham's been weird long before starmer - its the only borough in London where I've seen adverts in the newsagents not just offering a room to rent but offering half a room to rent - so one worker does the day-shift, the other does the night. and they share the bed but not at the same time.

for some reason newham has a very high population of shift and casual workers - way more than anywhere else I've seen in London - and it has a chaotic housing problem. there have also been a lot of issues with the local council - very boring to read about but there's years of stress and issues there....

as a Londoner I can tell you newham is nothing like the rest of the London. or at least I haven't seen anywhere else in London like Newham.

Staticla - they just did a raise - what was it...about 1 million? unlikely they have enough to give any £ to TCF. think they have a new CEO as well?

maybe they (Stalicla) were a bit hasty in the past or were expecting to have more cash? so I suspect, as I think TCF suggested in the old investor meet, that Stalicla just don't have the cash? Unless that money they raised is for TCF but I doubt it.

so...at least it tells us TCF's product was good. even if the buyer was a bit pants.

anyway someone spent about £10K on TCF stock today.

elaborate? I was just skimming the posts this am and thought damn a few people sounded a bit quick to be negative. and it reminded me that balance sheets are....balance sheets. and i kind of think they need a bit of time to be read and digested. and i do think accountants have an edge when it comes to those sorts of things. but i'm often wrong.

one was MS buying shares. another was a poster telling us that previous placees were getting out (at a loss).

also was looking at BRH investee companies - fairly OK turnaround potential there.

I really don't think you can be sure what you are looking at here. People are very confident about the nature of this deal in relation to the share price.

I'm not so sure I can say what is going on - one way or the other. Its like a scene from a US sci-fi movie where the spaceship lands in the field and people stand around open-mouthed...they have no idea what they are looking at.

this company is producing very good results at the moment. and has an EAP from the FDA

and does this mean that even if there is no phase 2 that patients can continue to receive the drug...for what duration...years? that is certainly good news for patients and as the recent BOD appointment has suggested - it has raised the profile of this company - hopefully that means the company comes onto the right kinds of radars.

I don't think BRH has got £2 million quid? I haven't checked mind you. Last time the raised they raised....f*ck all. And I bet they wanted to raise more but the city told them no.

Here's another thought. The company is not going to proceed with a Phase 2 trial. For all sorts of reasons. And I can't be bothered to play guessing games. But I think no Phase 2 and back to image-ing. And the potential Phase 2 can sit in the window with a for sale/please help sign stuck to it. And see if anything happens.
