as to probability...the mcap says yes. just depends if the mcap reflects the value of the company or some kind of push to offload warrants.

nice to see more of a market over here. I know some BODs don't like it - they don't like to see PI's making a few £ off the back of the BOD's hard work BUT a market is a market and I think its reasonably healthy to see retail make a few quid and for a stock to have a 'market'.

its what I would have done if I'd had more tha £2K invested here. added a few more today. look at the TR1s - can't belive today's RNS was much of a surprise to them - they woz probably adding. will go mental on next bit of news.

I had to use Google AI - so it may not be correct but this is what I got...

Immupharma mcap:

Oct 2014 £62 million (they annoucned Phase 3 is going ahead)

July 2015 £57 million (they secure $20 million funding for the Phase 3 trial)

May 2022 £6 million (preparing for the new Phase 3 with Avion)

March 2023 £7-8 million (Avion biz)

Sep 2025 £57.81 million

So the company is now valued at the same level it was when it entered - funded - into a Phase 3 trial. That's mad.

I'm not frustrated by the wait! I don't know why.

I can be quite ADD sometimes but I can be very slow and focused on certain fields and activities. And for some stocks I really enjoy the slow deep time of locking into the stock while everyone else runs this way and that. And I don't mind being heavily underwater. I have seen some dramatic turnarounds in my portfolio - I'm sure others have as well - and there's a pleasure in that process. For some of us anyway.

£1?

I thought £1 was a potential target after the success of the next P3. But that was just a sort of guess from me as an ill-informed PI. But thats what I thought. We might see £1 in 2027/8. Good to see £1 by November though. I won't complain if it happens.

And... I have said this before but I think it might help to look at what the mcap was at previous stages of IMM's life to get a good fix on how the company could be valued.

Look at how the share priced moved on this RNS.

Think about how it will move on an even better RNS.

This has the potential to do 500-2000% in a day.

And don't be scared of a small riase.

Remember its possible that this company's product is very niche. There are only a handful of specialist brain cancer clinics in each territory. It will take time to get one contract. But once it comes then others will be inevitable.

its been noted that getting a contract is a slow process that involves various levels of medical and non-medical teams at hospitals and institutions looking deeply at a product before they say buy. but of course once you get a contract like that...you have it, I guess, for the long-term. there's an FDA magic word in that RNS - I can't say I've had time to work out to what degree this RNS makes IBAI more likely to pick up a contract....but it certainly doesn't make it less likely and it all comes at no cost, as far as I can see.

I genuinely hope you get what you want. Why not. I hope everyone does really well.

I will watch more interviews but for the moment I don't regret selling more than half of my holding. But we do all our own thing. And I do genuinely want everyone to do well. I mean that.

But...y'know...

maybe this is a unicorn. And everyone will get nuts rewards.

It happens. If I could bear it I would look at the different mcaps of IMM at historical points to see how the market has valued the comp at different stages of its life. That, I think, would also be very helpful.

I have my doubts. Esp because of that Type M stuff which is vague as vague can be.

I think its just Lupus - which is good enough for me. And it looks like they will be able to find the best cohort for future trials so the next P3 has a greater probability of success than the last one.

But I still wonder why Tim is hype-ing this stuff now. If the 'big deal' turns out to be a small one with Avion, for example - and is about doing more prep work on P140 to ready the ground for the next P3 (way in the future) I will not be surprised. Not one bit. And I am wondering at what level Avion's next set of warrants will be set at.

But...we shall see....And I need to watch the latest interview. I have been waiting for Tim to name specific conditions and to specify exactly what kind of clincial work or trial is coming up next.

Some auto immune diseases are very niche

Some aren't niche.

Those differences - in terms of what conditions a drug actually addresses - may be significant when it comes to making a valuation.

There's almost no £ in very niche conditions. A lot of kudos, but no market.

And I noticed that he did not name specific auto immune diseases.

I would need those names to make a valuation.

Why does he keep doing these interviews? He must have a deal under his belt - thus the confidence. So why not just RNS it?

My guess is he's doing the interviews to sort out Lanstead and the warrant holders.

In which case why not let them cash in once the deal is announced? Why the big sales pitch to retail right now? Why does Tim suddenly want everyone to buy IMM now.
