its a guessing game. here's my guess...

the watson deal is on but deferred to 2026/7. tim has dumped the inventory on the cheap to some more distant territory - the cash from that discount sale will keep the lights on.

but that was only a guess.

I think I can see more clearly now. The player needs to keep the ball in motion just in case it is worth nothing.

Thanks for response. Agreed there has been plenty of promotion, RNS etc. I will review them all (assuming I have time) and say no more for the moment.

Re the sp. I do agree that a few years ago everything was way, way overvalued. I know that is hard for people who bought at 10p etc but its not just this stock. I'm way too casual an investor to start doing the sums re market cap, staff costs, IP value etc but once we start to fall below the placing price....then for us casual small punters...thats usually the buy zone.

I agree with Laura and anyone else who made this point. IQAI does look undervalued here. Perhaps a little reaching out from the BOD would help - the likes of us need a little hand-holding - the odd confident-sounding interview might help? I don't know. There have been great RNS's. And lots of tweets or X's. So there is action. And perhaps the BOD have done all they can.

I know that looking after nervous small investors may not be a priority of a BOD - there are far more important things to do - but for all that, I would say if there is anything else that can be done....'do it'.

OK . I listened to the podcast and no one put my mind at rest and said yes the Watson/M deal is defo on. No worries. BUT....one of those bearded blokes said 'OK the products will go on the shelves with Marionnaud..." but I would like to see a rock solid RNS confirmation. Its not good enough for my capital.

Because if they don't have that deal then they have inventory (as confirmed in RNS) - and they are going to have to sell that inventory to someone who will need a lead time to prepare packaging, marketing etc... It just sounds sticky and tricky. I don't mind sticky and tricky and vague investments but I've got 2 many of them already.

You got to be a little careful. if the company is so good why did they sell?

anyway if they don't delist they will raise. and if they raise they (whoever 'they' are) might take the share price up before that happens . so there's the trade

I missed that. I saw a link for Tim on the Roast and assumed he would be on. Then...I realized the link was for March 2024 - when he was talking about the Watson deal. Anyway if you listened today did they discuss the Marion/Watson deal?

Can he have those warrants re-priced - like much, much lower - assuming Incanthera has some issues? He will give £ to Incanthera if it needs it, we think that is highly likely. But maybe the price needs to be adjusted?

OK. Lets assume the Watson deal is still on. In which case why didn't Tim say so - he's had 2 RNS's. So why didn't he say?

Obviously its a 'nudge nudge wink wink' to allow the faithful long-term holders, friends and private investors to load up. In which case who would want to be invested in a company that manages itself like that? Is that the best case scenario here? Sounds like hell. Sounds unbelievable.

There's no rush.

the US is doing all kinds of weird stuff to its health dept and FDA.

probably a far better time to be in the early (highly promising and exciting) stages of pharma getting ready for a Phase 1 than trying to talk to the FDA, at the moment.

Also...we don't know when the patent dispute was resolved. It may have been some time ago which would have given Tim plenty of time to develop a strategy - there may well be a planned news-flow from here. The product is very attractive - there will be interest... they have a great, great product....hopefully Tim is sitting on enough news to take the share price back up to 25p+ but if the news is very good and the product is going to to go global then the share price could go much higher.

there are so many safe bets out there. this is not one of them. i like a gamble but I have some concerns re inventory - if we assume the patent issue is going to be ironed out...does anyone know if they spent £ on inventory already and if that inventory has a sell-by date?

Paladin is correct. There does not appear to be enough money in this raise to cover all the purposes the RNS claims it will be used for. And in terms of sales and marketing I guess the company is still in a very early or 'beta' commercial phase or is waiting for a partner to do the heavy lifting. Anyway private investors seem to be able to take part in this placing as the current share price on the open market is very low.

I guess we will 'hear' when IMM, like the company AK mentioned, are in Phase 1 trials. So how long do you think it will take to go from where we are now - through pre-clnical and into Phase 1 - so how long will that take? And much will that cost? See you in 2027?

Lying etc is not great. hopefully we all learn. I used to do some terrible ramps. And was quite mean to a few other posters. I'm not sure I've completely cleaned up my act but I think its best to make the effort. I wouldn't sell up completely - ever since I first bought here I always thought the risk here was de-listing but if one does a bit of risk mgmt and is prepared for the worst...lets just see.

I think that gives us a picture. Or it gives me one. There will be news - patent, a conference, maybe an even a small MOU or some collaborative pre-clincial work. There will be enough news to keep the sp up. And there might be even some news that involves a larger named company - that will keep the game alive. There might be more but I think its going to be more like snippets and frothlets - just enough to keep the ball in play.

I didn't realize there was a sales and marketing team - I probably should have looked more carefully at the accounts/results. Anyone know how many people are employed in those roles?

Anyway its going to be expanded. But the placing is very small - it might pay for one employee? two? I've never dared look at staffing here because I've always known that they will need a sales and marketing team to achieve growth and its going to cost to hire those people.

However...however....if sales/contracts come in then everything changes? I can see positive ways of reading all this and negative ways - positive would be good news from the GAM world and the sales and marketing 'team' generating one or two impressive contracts....
