share price? I don't know. I haven't sat down and gone into those kinds of details - its a bit early for that? Don't we need to be looking at results from trials or see wildly enthusiastic RNS's like the one IMM knocked up a few weeks ago.

But...there are lots of interesting assets and possibilities here - we know the Chronos assets come from a formerly private pharma that got the backing of Vulpes (who supported Biotech?? early on) - the Evgen assets have been brewing for years and seem to be moving in the right direction - Stalicla is still there in the shadows...so for the moment that all looks promising. And now a massive, massive churn - which sucks - but also attract retail investors - if people want to come in then cheap stock is attractive. And if you have assets that have multi-bag potential and a lot of cheap stock knocking about....thats not the worst combination in the world.

Well....some things would help, like...if Vulpes have taken some of the placing - that would be cool. and then if Stalicla show a bit more love before 2026 that would also speed up any churn.

I would imagine a large pharma would be interested in IMM's IP and data. But if that's what Tim said then so be it.

If there was a reasonable shot at an imminent deal with a big pharma then surely IMM wouldn't have bothered with the Lanstead raise. They would have taken a smaller one-off sum from a HNW to tide them over until the epic big deal was signed. Any thoughts? And that doesn't rule a out a relationship with other pharmas in the future - once more results and data have been produced or released.

Good that its not abandoned. I guess a reminder that this is a long slow play. With the odd burst of exciting news to help clear the placing stock.

Stalicla deal fake? I doubt it. But I've seen some very creative RNS's from HEMO. I don't know enough about Stalicla - they seem, from when I last looked at the company, to be reputable. The website being down for so long is strange. I'm just assuming they've been bought out. Is that a fair guess? If they have been bought out that would explain why Evgen/TCF never got the 500K - can payments be put on hold in the event of a takeover/buyout?

US defense cuts - forwards deployed troops in Europe (that will be cut). the rest is more subtle....

might be some other news due as well. i can't recall - but its all in recent RNS"s and updates. and sp it an all time low - its not as if the company is so very much worse than any other AIM company. far from it in fact. this sector, the defense sector in the news. however cyber sec appears to be a very unloved sector at the moment. but when that changes, it will change. and these kinds of nano caps are exactly the kinds of stocks that do 100 or even 1000% (if an ii wants in like MOS) in an instant.

Yes why would today's RNS boost the share price. that is an interesting question. but complex finance packages are...complex...I can never get my head around vwap and death-spiral and 'money box' type arrangements - I'm no accountant - and if you don't know what's going on then your actions and responses are bound to be a bit random.

Stay Lame? Didn't he/she/ go off to run the TG group? Or is Long pretending to be Martin again? Or didn't he/she claim they represented a small party of investors that they had brought into the company - if any of them were villains Lame is probably at the bottom of a river somewhere.
