I can't be that hard on Sam. There is something to be said for a bit of 'retail fun' with a stock. It is obviously terrible if someone is lying and playing nasty games but there is a difference between that and retail froth. and stocks that have no tight registers and no volatility are ever so boring.

Anyway....I bought some today. Buy when it is a good offer. You can buy cheaper than BRH. But....I have some concerns about the funding package re the P2. I suppose I should have bought as many as I could because in a way not being cautious might be the winning strategy...but...its not mine.

I think someone has been buying quite large chunks.

so...I guess keep an eye on that and see if there are more large buys - that might offer some kind of perspective.

I thought it was a bit strange that Tim was doing interviews and dropping hints - as if the whole point of IMM was just to help people like me make a few quid on a few trades. Although I am grateful. So why does he want to keep the sp at a certain level - I should try and get my head around the recent funding arrangement - either that or he's getting ready for the next placing? Big enough to go from pre-clinical to a new Phase 1?

I know its been said that IMM could get a 'better' deal if they have more £ in the bank but I have my doubts. I'm sure its data that counts.

For news re placing?

brokers appointed. then news. then rampers/salesteam. but isn't that normally done the other way round - do the placing first and then release the news so placees have got something to sell into?

so. maybe i'm wrong. i still sort of thing NARF are onto a good thing. so as long as they don't delist....lets see what the JV looks like.

Also aren't people expercting ANIC to raise £? Have they pledged they won't do that? I thought (perhaps incorrectly) that ANIC might like to have more £ to invest with.

It would be interesting if the delay re Avion is because the design or criteria of the trial has to be changed. This is not my area at all - not at all. Not my area of knowledge or experience. However this is quite thought provoking (for me).

its kind of good news and not so good news at the same time. not easy to see clearly.

So if the science has really changed that means the Phase 3 may have to be changed.

And...no interview from TCF - no attempt to move the churn/placing. Nothing.

And...all these RNS's that tell us that none of the previous large holders bought any shares. Because they didn't want them. Or weren't offered them??

The sp will only crash back down if people are not taking the RNS seriously

And of course it is a very serious RNS.

Especially the parts where the science is externally validated/verified by reputable 3rd parties.

I did my research ages ago. bought sup 2p and sold most of them and then spent most of that profit in the south of france. now...i'm just wondering if I should start buying again. will go and watch the interviews. thanks for all the feedback folks - but i still can't work out if trial on or trial off is priced into the raise. will be thinking for a bit.

I didn't feel the dilution was that small. I guess I'm used to AIM companies who sometimes raise just £2-400K to tide things over. This raise was bigger than that but smaller than a £20 million 'go for it' Phase 2 type raise. So I haven't really got a handle on the size of the raise and its meaning.

Updates - we've been waiting a long time for that trial. Too long. Although I still haven't done any research into usual vs unusual timelines in these instances. But I would if I had more than a few hundred quid invested here. updates re the 'breakthrough' - I haven't watched Tim's recent interviews but what did he say we could expect? Patent? Paper presented to a conference?

And...preserve capital....what is this worth if Avion pull out of the trial? My guess is the probability of the trial going ahead is reflected in the nature of the recent raise - but I am not able to take a clear reading from that. Perhaps someone else could say with more confidence 'Oh that Lanstead deal means the trial is definitely going ahead'. I would like to see that discussed.

And/Or...

Build an investment case based on possibilities created by the use of a 'substituted tryptamine'. And with regards to the fancifully titled 'Egyptian Book...' the fame of that book relates to translations made both in the 1920s and in the post-hippy era by Westerners who got much of the terminology and meaning of the text wrong.

I was thinking more like a JV with someone a bit like one of the other companies who received the DARPA INGOTS award - some of them had like 1,000 staff to NARF's 55 - is it 55? I can't recall - a number was mentioned in one of the investor calls.

my short-term-ish concerns - are Hadron still selling? what effect would a JV have on dilution/sp etc? and why not raise esp on the back of the recent contract - wages mainly, I guess. you have to pay people.
