For someone who has 99% of their posts this past month in HARL I am amazed that you have done no research on the company. Or perhaps there is an agenda here - you sold out on the news and would love nothing more than a 50% placing at 10p to benefit future shareholders like yourself.

I would rather we never saw an II again than have them enter like that. My experience with IIs who buy into placings or who were gifted shares in debt to equity swaps or other such ways of dilution is that they do not buy more, and they will sell for profit at the first opportunity.

It's only a matter of time before more sizeable contracts come in, especially in the renewables area. I could see us landing a deal in the 100-200m area this year. Company is growing quickly.

Stokey when do you think we might see 2023 guidance on revenue? I suppose it may be difficult to give soon because they could be close to winning more contracts that would determine the figures.

Yeah let's dilute PIs to oblivion just for the sake of letting some IIs in who will then go on to dump the lot a year or two later like Killik to screw over the next lot of PIs who dare to invest. Genius idea Avyererdowt.

This isn't some tin pot mining company Avyererdowt, HARL has moved past that stage of its journey. We don't need to "accommodate some IIs". If they want some shares then they can buy like the rest of us.

My calculations put it as 9302446 shares sold by Killik since January 19th and 2622593 from Kave on the 19th, totalling 11925039. That's a lot of shares to be sold in such a short period.

And people wonder why the share price is suffering...

The lower the share price goes the quicker they get out as their shares are worth less. But it's not fun to watch as a holder. If volume dries up they will probably wait before dumping the remainder as they did after November dumps.

Stokey, people will always be talking about a placing. They could do one tomorrow and these types would be talking about the next one by the afternoon.

That's how they work. They sell their shares at 22p and then start fear mongering. Placing tends to be the scariest word on AIM so it is used frequently. Once they get their entry point they stop talking about placings.

Kinda funny I predicted earlier in the week that on Thursday the idiots would be talking non-stop about placings. These types are predictable.

Anyone who assumed that on a project that begins in 2025 was setting themselves up for disappointment. I assumed £0 for 2023 and 2024, just the 77m investment. So the 25m revenue from the contract this year and next was one of the highlights in the RNS for me.

We could be making a billion quid a month profit and still some people would be saying a placing is imminent. Probably still be under 20p too lol. ??

Back then my view was that in the future (at a much higher price) HARL may raise for developing the Island Magee project. I still see that as a possibility but it is not something to concern myself with. They could go down any number of routes to fund IM, including a JV. Or they may sell the site. All speculation there.

It would be foolish for anyone to say there will never be another placing because no one can predict the future. Is one likely soon? I would say the chances are near zero. Just like I can't rule out an asteroid hitting the Belfast shipyard. Chance is not zero but it's close enough to not worry about it.

You on the other hand are trying to cause panic because you don't hold any shares so you're bringing out the old "quick sell to help my short, placing coming!"

Oh look, we have a new troll. Given that the presentation date has passed without a placing I think you are talking out of your rear end.

Until Killik publish a new TR-1 the company isn't going to be updating Killik's holding on the website. I think we'll see a TR-1 from them by the end of the week for yesterday's trading and probably another on Monday for what they have dumped today and tomorrow.

Is BlairPeach shouting its mouth off again? That genius sold right before the preferred bidder announcement and like a bitter ex keeps coming back to tell us how much it hates us.

Patience needed on share price. There is clearly an overhang from Killik. Once they are done we will have a slow rise backed by new contract wins and other positive developments.

They took a chunk of new debt a few months ago and could tap it again if necessary. Hopefully thet get that deferred 20m payment from M55 contract soon as well. I don't see a raise from the markets, it would have happened in late November during peak hype if that was their intention.

Maybe Scotland should protect their own shipbuilding industry instead of sending ferry contracts abroad.

Royroy, we will likely get a TR-1 tomorrow or Friday updating us on their latest dump. No one knows how many were dumped today.

Not good that you bought in the spike, entry timing is difficult. My buys here range from 5.9p in October to 27p in November. All of my topups after the preferred bidder announcement are at a loss as I never expected us to be down here in February.

You just have to trust your own research when buying as the market never does what you expect and the commentators will exaggerate in both directions.

jfk9 it is much easier to give projections on gas storage because tou know the quantity of gas that can be stored and what the market rate of gas is. It's a bit different with shipbuilding where you don't know which contracts you will win in the future. JW has stated today the revenue from FSS and expected profit margins in line with current blended rates, I don't see what more he can do.

I believe the gas storage project will still come good and we will win the JR in May. The problem is the nutters will appeal the JR decision and then appeal the appeal decision. So add another 6-12 months on top before that gets moving. Constant stalling of key infrastructure projects is why the country is in the mess it is currently in. Not HARL's fault IM is taking so long but JW definitely should not have promised so much on it years ago.

We're all disappointed Gusto. I had a feeling Killik clients would sell into any rise today but you have to be optimistic. Once they are done selling we'll fly to 30p.
