That said, Killik is a broker so it's unlikely that all of their clienta would decide to sell all of their shares. They won't all be in profit at this level considering Killik held a large amount before the 2022 share price decline.

Avyererdowt, I would rather JW focus on selling the story to those who aren't currently invested. That's the only way the share price will rise. I'm already sold on it, and can't add any further.

There's a lot of interest in HARL despite what the share price might suggest. We are holding up pretty well considering over 7m shares were dumped on us by two TR-1 holders on Wednesday and Thursday last week.

That said if we don't get an RNS today then my expectations for the call will decrease a fair bit.

That's nonsense. If dilution was best for shareholders then all the FTSE 100 and 250 companies would be doing it... But they don't. So maybe "fundraising" isn't best for shareholders?

Ideally cash requirements come from profits. Debt is the next best thing. Fundraising is great if you aren't a holder and want in cheaper as you get the benefits of the fundraise without the dilution, unlike debt that will be on the books regardless of when you buy.

I don't believe a placing will come but we will see dilution in the form of exercised warrants and the BOD's LTIP over the coming years. My estimates assume 20% higher share count by end of 2025.

Killik are a broker so it will be down to their clients what they want to do. It's unlikely all of them would want to sell. Some of their clients could even want to buy.

People moaning about debt now? Probably the same ones who were trying to tell us a placing is coming recently. So people don't want debt or a placing? Are we going to fund the growth with chocolate gold coins? I'm happy with JW's strategy or I wouldn't be here.

Big wind energy contracts will be very lucrative for HARL, I am sure we will get a lot of work in this sector going forward.

This isn't new info. It was in a finance RNS back in November before FSS was announced.

That implies multiple.

The price fall represents the fact two large holders dumped 5m of stock into the rise yesterday and some PIs selling today because they expect the dump to continue. It's possible that Kave may dump the rest of theirs and I have seen some large sells today, but I don't think Kilik will dump theirs as they are a broker representing clients. So the worst case here is that 7.2m more share are dumped and then the price moves up, and the best case is the price moves up. Either way the price moves up. Just need patience.

Of course Stokey. They need the yards ready before 2025. The 77m investment will take care of these upgrades.

In November someone correctly leaked that Ben Wallace was at H&W before the preferred bidder announcement came so I'm not going to instantly dismiss your claim as a ramp, but some evidence would be nice.

The current copper price will save RMM. They should hedge a full year at this price to see them through and build an ore sorter. The hedge will guarantee loan repayments and allow NewGen to give them a favourable outcome. I'm surprised it is still suspended.

I may buy back in when I am able to, depending on the price. But as long as TB is in charge I won't hold this longterm again. If I can trade the peaks and dips to get my losses back I'll be happy.

JW has said he is working on other large contracts, I specukate whether it is related to this collaboration with Navantia and Windar.

I think the rise yesterday was just traders trading lines on a graph that showed 15p was the bottom. They have no interest in FSS and are happy with a 10% gain.

That said, with FSS being imminent there will also be some others getting back in for that so we might not see a drift back down to 15p this time.
