Still holding all of my shares. The RNS is poor but I didn't invest for the Sapiem contract.

Contract was never guaranteed by year end. Q1 was the official estimate but it was said "hopefully by end of the year". That does imply it was close at the time so I would expect early Q1 rather than late Q1. I think the timing is going to take people by surprise. They will be too busy sitting on the sidelines banging on about placings when the RNS comes.

I agree that it is not good, but people don't like bad news. I think it will drop and provide good re-entry price for people who have sold recently.

On the M55 contract was this ever priced in? I first bought HARL in July on that news and the share price was below where it was when the news dropped within a week.

People do enjoy talking about the stocks they are invested in. My average here is slightly under 12p so hardly "locked in". The market does seem to have way more traders than investors however, at least on AIM.

The only people talking about a placing are those who currently hold no shares and want the price to drop as much as possible. I remain confident that there will not be one. A placing would destroy sentiment in my opinion, of which it would not recover from for many months and we'd languish in the teens.

That said, if I am wrong and if HARL were to do a placing after securing a 100m debt facility (still to be confirmed) and 77m of investment coming, plus giving out all of the recent warrants to Riverstone and Astra then I will be offloading my 400k shares on FSS confirmation news as I will lose all trust in the BOD.

Companies that place tend to do so time and time again and the share price goes nowhere. Yes HARL has a history of it as well but the last one was over a year ago and the debt financing in March and recent refinancing signalled a change of strategy on this.

Some of those options are only available at £1. I've said it before JW has earned a bonus for turning the company around and winning FSS. I've no issue with him getting further bonuses as he grows the company and I'm sure we'll all be happy if he gets this to £1 for his final options.

I see it as a positive sign that they aren't going to run with placings going forward as the option prices won't be protected by any further dilution - meaning any placings would make their targets harder.

I'm more relaxed knowing the BOD's share price interests are aligned with mine. This needs to 5 bag in 3 years for all options to be exercised. I'll be happy with that kind of return.

Thr SP action represents traders dumping stock who bought on Friday hoping for a quick win on a confirmation RNS. The gamble there is will they get back in before the news does come?

The debt deduction is an interesting one. Should it all be deducted or should it be priced in that the company will likely pay off the debt in the years following profitability? Market is generally forward looking.

Have you noticed that every time the price rises people start talking about placings? The company hasn't done a placing all year, since 2022 it seems to favour debt over placings. As the company becomes profitable from next year the need to come to the markets for cash will be even less.

The signing of the contract will smash 20p if we're still down here. What the price does between now and then matters little.

Is it still a drop if the ask remains 19p? I guess so because the mid at close was 18.75p. But as I say I think flat by the end of the day as the spread will tighten once the MMs realise they aren't getting any more at 18p.

I could see the MMs taking the bid down to 18p to collect shares from the fools and then selling them to buyers at 19p. Anyone expecting a drop is deramping because most people are either here for the FSS contract or have been here long enough for IM that a three month delay doesn't matter to them. I'm thinking overall a flat day tomorrow.

What's to stop it getting delayed and delayed and delayed forever? Surely the environmentalists would employ such tactics.

Yeah Google tends to change historic prices as if the consolidation had been in place from day 1.

I don't think it matters here as my point was about the change in price, and as a percentage an increase from 23p to 78p is the same as from 0.23p to 0.78p for example.

They were quick figures from Google finance. I'm sure any "chart" will show similar numbers but it wasn't scientific.

2019 is interesting. It went from 23p to 78p in the space of a few months. Similar rise to here now except slower. Then lots of people sold thinking it had peaked and it retreated to 50p. Next thing you know it is 154p within a couple of months. I figure the same will happen again. Lots of people have sold thinking 27p was the peak, but those of us looking at fundamentals rather than charts know it is worth a lot more than that. Just have to be patient now.
