Speedy, I've no doubt you have been screwed over. I would be feeling the same if I invested in INFA many years ago, but I still wouldn't be here trying to get people to sell at the lows. These are people's investments you want to see burn, their savings or pensions.
Investing is all about timing your entry, and in hindsight perhaps investing in a "shovel ready" project where the shovel hasn't yet hit the ground was the wrong timing. A company with no income stream and no debt facility, of course it was going to dilute heavily. Look at every oil, gas mineral explorer on AIM. Same story over the years until they complete an oil well or mine. I avoid them like the plague as their share prices only go down to fund their operations.
People investing here are comfortable investing in a loss making company as the signs point to this making a solid profit from 2025 after breaking even next year. These signs are based on the contracts being signed and the rate of growth, though there is some level of believing JW can convert the pipeline into contracts. Given the FSS win, M55, Cory, the LOI he is delivering there.
Lots of high growth companies are loss making, the key is getting to profitability before the money runs out. The finance deal will ensure that happens. If we succeed and reach JW's stated 500m revenue then having 200m debt is quite propprtionate and easily manageable. That's the price you pay for building a 500m revenue company. As an investor, the debt is preferable to the mass dilution of the INFA days. Those revenues allow the debt to be paid off and dividends to be paid. What's not to like?
There hasn't been a placing in nearly two years and yet every day apparently one is coming because it happened in the past. I'm sure we'll see one eventually at a much higher share price to pay off some debt, but it's pointless at this level and pointless at even treble this level. JW would have done one in November 2022 a couple of weeks after the FSS win if that was part of the short term strategy.
Time will tell whether JW succeeds or not and we don't have long to wait. Those who don't believe the finance deal will be signed have sold, those that do remain. Each person has to decide for themselves based on the facts. If I weren't already here I would wait until that issue is resolved before investing, so I can understand why people don't want to invest.
You got this wrong at 5p last year as TDF pointed out, and you will get this wrong again when the finance deal is signed. At some point you will watch this move past the level that would have seen you in profit. What then? Will you admit you were wrong? Clearly some of the LTH INFA holders still have faith.
