Let's not delude ourselves, I agree with Wyndrum that this is a high risk investment until finance is sorted as there's too many unknowns. Once that's done we can all relax and enjoy a slow rise to new highs, but until then it's not an attractive investment for a lot of people. That's why we are 14p. However that higher risk comes with higher potential rewards for those buying at this level.
The company is clearly doing well this year, that's evident by the fact we haven't ran out of cash despite maxing out the Riverstone debt early in the year. So I believe JW when he keeps saying there's no rush to get just any deal done.
The interest rate forecast will help us get a better deal, for the same reason mortgage rates are currently dropping. Maybe holding out another month or three will get us an even better deal. If cashflow was a problem we'd have signed a deal by now.
