Hi fellow investors. Hoping everyone is doing great as we come to the end of summer.
I was just sitting here at my computer doing some research into my current holdings but I am finding with JOG that news has dried up of late. The SP, after doing well over the last few months, has begun to slide due to a lack of news. I know we have been told that the end of this year is when things will pick up for us but that information was given months ago and things are a bit, how can I put this, flucked up this year so it would be nice to hear something, anything from Mr Benitz.

I have done quite well with my shares in JOG so far. I first invested in June 2019 and then top sliced after a decent rise and then bought some more after the drop and I am averaging around 70p but with the amount of oil we are sitting on the SP should be far higher than the current price.

Any one have any thoughts on our future? I remember talk of £5 parties and £10 parties, lol. Maybe Jim333, who is on this BB and is a big investor with JOG, could give Mr Benitz a prod and ask him what's what.

I have said a few times in the past that IQAI needs better PR and communications with current and possible future shareholders. Strengthening and holding SP should be high on the priority list for every company.

It would be nice to have a week or two of 5% rises every day and then great news on the stonechecker deal.

Glad I bought more yesterday at 143 to take my total AVCT holding up to 14,595 shares which will have to be the last i buy as i am all out of funds now. Please Avacta, make me rich and let me pay off my mortgage!

My car broke down yesterday Matty and i was thinking of cashing in some shares to buy a new car then today this has gone boom and i sliced off 20% of my IQAI shares to go and buy a new (second hand) car. This could not have come at a better time for me. I am keeping the rest of my shares though as this will rise again.

In my portfolio i have around 10% of my money in JOG but i want more. I am waiting on my other shares to rise so i can take my money out, which i thought would have happened by now (mostly pharma company's linked with covid tests). As soon as i can i am loading up with JOG for a longer term hold just hope i can do this before any big news with JOG. GLA

Yes Canute40 "Logic would suggest that this 3rd issue is in advance of significant news to maximise staff rewards" I totally agree with that. You would issue shares that are going to go up in value to reward your hard working staff not long before you issue some good news. Let the good times roll!

I am really happy for Charles and Lando today. I have been watching the Twitch stream of these two guys racing on the PC using the F1 2020 game during lockdown and they came across as really nice, fun and quite humble guys considering the highly competitive nature of an F1 driver.

Have faith Adam, I was notified of my redundancy just before lockdown so I decided to invest most of my life savings in a portfolio of 9 company's shares and Avacta is where I hold around 20% of my money but at an average of 139p. I am 45 years old so not nearing retirement yet but would like it to happen as soon as possible. If Avactas share price got to 800p then I would consider not finding another 9-5 job as i have almost paid off the mortgage, have no debt, no kids (I actually have have 2 grandchildren though!) and a few quid in the bank. I would then look to earn money by trading shares. If it looks like I can pay my way by doing this then I will carry on but if I start losing money then I will earn money the old fashioned way - get a job!. Good luck Adam, lets hope all Avacta share holders get to retire early.

Yes, IQAI should be blowing their own trumpet a bit more. When I invested last year I did my research and and came to the conclusion that this company have huge potential and seemed to have the right people in place. We just seem not to get enough news coming out often enough. I am currently down around 30% but unlike some of my other holdings I am not concerned with IQAI as I know it is just a matter of time.

O say can you see, by the dawn's early light,

And Avacta's test's are here, the share price rockets in air,

I just get the feeling that the SP is being pushed down for no reason other than to shake the weak out of their shares so certain investors can gobble them all up at a super cheap price. What has happened for the SP to be 25% lower than on opening this morning?

But I have been made redundant so I need to know soon If I have to get another job or if I can retire with a share price of £50+
