WOW, what is going on with the labrador SP today it is all over the place. Dropped down to 0.25 and is now just bouncing up and down. I wonder if lots of stop limits have been taken out!

I watched BBC news earlier today and a reporter mentioned that lorry drivers in Kent are being handed LFT's to test themselves in their lorry's.
At the time I did think to myself that surely these tests are not approved for complete self testing and this kind of says to me that this has been rushed through in order to get the French to allow the Innova tests to get the borders open.

Will these Innova tests be able to tell if someone has actually shoved the swab down their throat and up their nose if they just poor the buffer agent straight onto the LFT. If I had been parked for a couple of days on the side of a motorway and wanted to get home to France/Poland...... I might think about cheating the test in case of a positive result if I do it properly. Desperate times can call for desperate measures.

I have waited far too long for that Arnold so I am starting to look at other things in the pipeline as Avacta are not just about LFT's.
I am sure I remember hearing that the LFT will be available in late summer so we are 7-8 months away, lol (just a joke)

Well no mention of submitting AVA6000 for UK regulatory application in todays RNS so at least we should have another RNS on this before years end as the following was part of the 23rd Nov RNS-

"Furthermore, we remain on track to submit the UK regulatory application, or CTA, for AVA6000 pro-doxorubicin before the end of the year to allow first-in-human trials of the pre|CISIONTM chemotherapy platform at several clinical trial sites in the UK early in 2021."

Did you change any of the settings TL as i lowered the rate of how many people per month they will vaccinate as i think it is set to 4 million a week unless you change it. I left the rate of uptake at 70%

You can change the settings if you click on advanced mode.

If they vaccinate 1,054,466 people a week with an uptake of 70% of the population it will take 1 year to do the whole of the UK.
We still don't know how long the vaccine(s) protect us for, could be 6 months for all anybody know yet!

I will get mine between 22/08/2022 and 13/05/2023 !!! maybe we might know if it gives you cancer by then lol

He is still talking about the chinese tests which are a new invention. He is probably swapping between lateral flow tests to newly invented as lateral flow tests have now got a bad reputation. Come on Al, give us some news, please!

Eight and a half days left of trading before Christmas. I am hoping that a few of my investments bring me some cheer next week as my god I need it, lol

Thanks guys for your kind words. I really wish I had invested more than £1k here but I am in heavy with another share which, lets just say, is down 13% from my buy in price right now. At one point I was up around 30% until around 3 weeks ago they hit a bump in the road which wiped out 50% of the company's value very quickly. It is recovering slowly but my word it does give you a squeeky bum seeing a huge drop.

I am quite new with my holding in AYM Brentharg as I only bought shares around 2 weeks ago. Today I doubled my money so have taken out 50% and now have a free ride here. I would have loved to keep every penny in as this has a long way to go yet but I was made redundant in August and I am "trading" in order to pay my bills/mortgage. Thanks to AYM I am secure now until at least mid January. I have been spending a lot of time researching, reading and getting a feel for company's outlook and timed this one very well. Now, If only I could have done that with the other company's I have invested in.

Maybe it's Rishi Sunek's wife who found some spare change down the side of the couch, lol.

At least it does not say that Carclo will begin manufacturing the components in 2021 but states "supply of manufactured product due to commence in 2021" which could imply they have or are about to start manufacturing before 2021.
It may not be for our tests but with the recent news about shortage of components for certain items at least Carclo have announced they are making something for someone.
