AUaddicted- I could not see on the Omega website how far up you have to put the swab. Do you have a link for this FIND assessment that says visitect antigen test is anterior nasal?

The throat part was fine to me but sticking it up your nose further than your finger can go is really really uncomfortable.
I wish we had an LFT that you didn't have to shove up further than anterior nasal passage. I did ask ODX on twitter if their visitect antigen test was anterior nasal or nasopharyngeal but got no reply.

I just missed the 19.5p but did pick up a few at 22.6p.

Why would anyone buy or sell shares based on what some random people have said on a bulletin board.
You would have to be really really bad at investing/trading if you did not do your own research into a company and make decisions based on your own findings.
If anybody bought into DDDD at 124.8 and then s*** themselves and sold because it went down to 115.8 then they should totally forget about having anything to do with investing in pharma company's and any other volatile sectors.

I have never received "free shares" before and I was wondering if the value of the shares I receive will be deemed part of my yearly ISA allowance.

So, lets say my ISA allowance for this year is £20k and I get £5k of Accustem shares will I then only have an allowance of £15K.
This is fine for me as I have not put anything into my ISA this year but I was thinking about those who put the full £20k in on the 6th April.

Any one know?

If anybody holds shares with AJBell then it is very easy to register to deal in US shares.
On the website log in to your account - go to "update my details" - scroll down to the "Able to deal in US shares" section and fill in the W-8BEN form which just asks a few questions.

I just did it and now I am able to have US shares in my stocks and shares ISA.

You can order 7 LFT's per household every day on Gov.uk even if you live alone. You can also pick them up at your local pharmacy. I have been ordering them for myself and also for other family members. The website says you can order them for other people who may not have an email address.

We have to remember that the deal with Medusa was for a saliva based LFT and NOT an anterior nasal LFT which is the main focus now for Avacta. So if Avacta don't actually make a saliva based LFT then they will not supply anything to Medusa. Maybe they plan is to complete the anterior nasal and then complete the saliva test for Medusa to sell.

I can go to my town hall and get a pack of 7. Here is a report in my local paper today:-

"People living and working in Sefton can collect home coronavirus testing kits from today.

The testing packs are for households with school and nursery pupils, members of support bubbles, people working in childcare and other caring occupations. Each pack contains seven lateral flow tests that provide results in under an hour.

They are also available for people like frontline staff, people who are self-employed and sole traders who require regular testing."
