ASI - Think gwilliams and gasman have given accurate accounts as they were both there by their own admission. strangely these two contradict with M22C's account where by admission he left half way through, appparently, including the reason for the adjournment, which is odd to say the least. So either M22C wasn't there, or is on purpose trying to muddy the waters.
Let's summarise:
1) meeting stated in a room meant for 10 people, where 7 of those people were: Menzel, Lunn, Stallard solicitor, Carrick, Westend, plus 2) and then one woman and her rep were turned away as it was full, and otherwise were an additional 14 shareholders.
2) After back and forth members voted to adjourn because Lunn didn't want to include legitimate proxy votes for the count (likely this is where we got the 93% yes based on yesterday) and in addition because the room was too small.
3) during the intermission a larger room was procured, and one shareholder asked how it is possible for another shareholder, who owns just shy of 7% of the company to not have their vote included, which was only confirmed that morning, and to that end, regardless of the proxy votes that now much be included in the vote, the vote be adjourned to the AGM.
4) there were then Q&As, one of which stated annual accounts were then 'imminent' as the audit was finalised.
This is, at least a summary of what I understood the main material facts to be.
