Shares (commonly) are forward sold in a placement and we had that situation here. There will be no TR1 as the 4-5mln remaining is less than 3% of the company. On the upside it does appear to be a new investor which is a good thing. I also don't agree they have sold the lot, I imagine they are keeping the 1% as it's a free ride, nothing to lose and a lot of upside. We are still 50% up since before the news. Good enough for the moment imo.

NU - 17th July RNS stated the debts would be negotiated by GV. So what has changed? Lunn stating that these debts are PPP's problems and not GVs - yet we have RM as CEO. So, again, what has Lunn done to solve that (or any other) problem?

Lunn has been in charge since October. So Lunn hasn't done anything apart from sort himself and himself only.

So there's no downside risk to voting no. What will it hold up? nothing. PPP can come back with a valid prospectus and try again, once we have accounts (almost now 2 years worth and 1 set of interims are now due) and once we know wtf is going on here.

Don't think you're going to get the opportunity to get out of Dodge as all Lunn needs is time to continue his probate enaction (as asimpleinvestor explained yesterday) and acquire the directorships of all of Anton's shares. Philip Henderson loaned Petroquest the money. Lunn now has Anton's estate. Both of these are factual. Now you do the maths and join the dots if you have the intellectual capacity to do so (which I doubt).
