Yeah, who knows - all we've had is accusations with one or two figures bandied about, with no further details or updates. Considering this, hilariously, abandoned RNSd-GEM-deal-turned-into-not-a-deal-RNSd, then if they were still owed money why would they enter into a new agreement. I suspect that issue has been closed for a while, or if not, mitigated to an extent that it is not material and potentially just used as a little leverage for slightly better terms on any future deal. But that's me with my business hat on.

sorry you misunderstand, I am talking specifically about the scenario cox is whining about any news debts the market has not been told about as a result of the behaviour of the current Chairman e.g. significant use of Stallard as the legal reps by Lunn to refute legitimate shareholders claims, and however unlikely it is more likely the longer Lunn the cretin stays as Chairman - any normal person would have seen the outcome of that vote and quit as his position is untenable.

I wonder if the UK or NZ tax offices read any of this stuff and decide to look into the company secretary's affairs? Lunn would be liable for his acts including tax evasion (being the executor and beneficiary).

So basically, for the layman, if a major shareholder is not going to be benefiting from the massive share dilution (i.e. by receiving an amount that would mean the dilution is nullified), why on earth would they vote yes for it? The only person benefiting was Lunn and Lunn only if the yes votes had passed.

Tebbin - which company out of interest? Note that if it is an NZ company that he is a director but not the significant share owner so he still has to tow the line on that. and evidently he got a 'No' from the majority shareholder in that company to dilution so Lunn could gain a significant holding in other companies that other owner has no share interest in.

For sure - currently filling their contract, patiently waiting for plants to grow and dry, and we assume moving towards completion of the pre-IPO!

Lunn is NOT owed a few million. Petroquest loaned the money to PPP. and Someone Else loaned the money to Petroquest.

Ignore petroquest it's broadly a red herring. Lunn wants PPP as a whole using the network of companies, including those currently closed (so those shares belong to the Crown - 'Crown Shares') located in New Zealand.

Not for main market - for AIM yes but not for main market companies.

That's the one where Lunn was forced to go back on everything he'd already told the market including the GEM deal and owning up (belatedly) to being the executor of the company secretary's will (but conveniently left out the fact he was also the BENRFICIARY which is a criminal omission).

I don't really have much faith in Lunn's RNSs for obvious reasons - I have faith in the singular RM RNS that stated Q2. So I reckon accounts have been signed off by auditors.

Zag - when was that RNS - if quoting always good to put the date/time/number of it because then we know. I think that's ffrom April, no?

I reckon accounts are done, audited, and Lunn is sitting on them for his own personal pleasure and twisted gratification. Or he's really short and needs the stacks of 2024 accounts, Interims, asnd 2025 accounts to sit on to see above the table at the computer screen, because mommy and daddy have taken away the big boys chair for misbehaviour.

Well was only bought yesterday, unless it's some MM balancing or something. The large buys plus the larges sells haven't been moving any MMs at all.
