No no it's ok, Eachtotheirown started this (again) by posting on the HUI page without actually being invested and posting misleading and incomplete information. I am just highlighting to this board that the cretin can therefore not be trusted on either a ramp or a deramp. So best everyone filters to starve them of oxygen.

I do hope PHE makes a similar to deal as HUI with existing tech. Maybe I can see a return on this one as well!

I didn't say about MMs having control over it so well done for actually dodging the point I was making, however - they DO own and control the algorithms so implicitly they can change it they choose to. However the don't as it is allowed to do it in the UK and so the UK market is out of date in this day of age of required increases of transparency. If the shares weren't available to buy then the price would need to rise to allow sells to fill the order, not drop the price to encourage sells to fill the order and then print it later.

Yet the FCA are messing around the edges like changing the requirements that no prospectus is needed if the companies was to raise less than 75% of the existing share capital. Madness.

Untrue - the trade is then taken so why then is it not posted immediately. It means in fact either the shares were not yet available for the buy, or the shares were in theory able to be bought for the sell, but the process did not want to commit. Once there have been enough buys to fulfil the sell then the sell is printed. Once there have been enough sells to fill the buy then the buy is printed. However what should happen is an immediate printing of that, or for the trade to be cut into smaller chunks and not otherwise accepted if those shares are not available to be traded.

Obfuscation at it's very worse and another reason why the UK market is the dog of the world. Any right minded investor would not invest in the UK regardless of how good potential it has.

Look at Pfizer - it's US based not UK. And most companies are selling up or relisting in the US and delisting from the UK.

MM still has to accumulate shares between now and then to be able to sell on the AIX.

Continuous stream of delayed buys and sells. some by 1hr a lot by 2 hours. Tells you what you need to know - MMs are happy to take the trade but not happy to print it until the SP has reverted the area the original trade occured in to hide what is actually happening - you need L2 to actually see what's going on. Don't know where that will come from in the UK - considering the difficulty HUI have had in the EU which is why they have now moved away from the continent. PHE and HUI are together on this in the UK/EU, however in the current climate is focussing on using tried and tested technology (InEnTech) in the Middle East and North Africa region, because these customers only want tried and tested tech not first of a kinds.

Noone wants to see FOAK or demo versions. It's a harsh world out there. You either have to have a fully built functioning facility, or go home. InEnTech is exactly that and HUI have been approached for this tech - in MENA they don't want to see prototypes, they want to see tried and tested if they are going to buy it. Western world is too full of 'let's get the first version. oh whats this it's rubbish. ok let's get another version' - rampant consumerism applied to a macroscale.
