"The proceeds are intended to be used towards PROGRESSING the proposed access to 10 exclusive licences for InEnTec's advanced TRL9 (Technology Readiness Level 9) waste-to-hydrogen technology across the Middle East and North Africa region." Nothing about buying licenses Penstock. And I would assume part of it has paid for multiple trips to MENA to speak with people as large deals only get done in person, not via Teams. And following on from the RNS mission statement, the EU is on the back burner (but still open) however the main thrust of HUI is towards HUI, so this is not quite as misleading as you profess - however agree not 100% clear but then it's hard to be clear regarding unknown future actions.

What is clear is that this exclusivity was worth paying for, and has position HUI as the exclusive MENA providor or InEnTech units - and MENA (more ME maybe) has much more spare capital to employ in getting this up and running - and as it is more autocratic there is less bureaucracy and opposition for these plans they will be enacted far more quickly than any comparable project in the UK and EU.

Tiny note: the loans are personal loans from AB and HW, and total $100,000 (~£75k), not £100,000 if we are being pedantic... which we are as always.

Definitely derisking the entire business plan here - 180days breathing room, exclusive, right of first refusal (RoFR), Personal loans to secure exclusivity. Good update and looking forward to more on this new road to dealing with the planet's plastic and waste problem. Just imagine that a lot of the world doesn't have clean running drinking water they use bottled water that just get's landfilled. MENA understands this, has the funds, is interested, and more news on progress will be forthcoming.

That and the opaque earnings over the past couple of years that appears not to be reported on the UK balance sheet. I would hope they have earmarked those funds to pay for those cash calls, however 'hope' is not something that should be said when investing properly.

Not sure I understand your post - the RNS from the 20th June essentially stated that the entire GEM deal was a load of rubbish and was not true. Lunn was forced to put that out as he has no mandate to conduct any PPP business apart from 2024 accounts (according to the Companies Act 2006).

20th June RNS: " The Convertible Loan Note Facility has not been entered into yet and therefore the warrants have not been issued to GEM."

The only reason PPP is desperate for cash is because Lunn has his hand in the till (as did the deceased company secretary) and is probably paying all his cronies present at the recent GM when he shouldn't be as it's Lunn's business and not PPP business.. I suspect we can see a court case on that in the future.

If you meant "why didn't we find out in the weeks after Thanksgiving that the rigs had or hadn't arrived on site" well Evans had Lunn to deal with as you may have noticed, in addition it is nothing to do with PPP it was GV dealing with that.

And at least as of March 25 the rig is there.

We are also aware there are issues with licenses and payments from Lunn (for some immaterial amount of a few hundred k $) however according to the RNS dated 17th July 2024 and 1st August 2025 "In addition, Globalvision would take over all creditors that existed in Texas leaving Pennpetro completely free of any financial obligations associated with Texas." We know that Petroquest was not included in this creditor deal, of course, at the time this was an open question.

Where did Evans lie? I didn't think he did but happy to be corrected if proven.

Whilst Lunn has certainly lied in RNSs, almost all of them so far. The largest omitting being the executor AND beneficiary of Company Secretary's will. He is also alledged to have said he didn't know Michael Carrick before he was a witness of the will (eh? how can that be - some random off the street "hey mate witness this will for me would you") yet I am certain there is evidence to the contrary - and so does this Lewis Steeper in his open letters. So someone has some evidence somewhere, eh.
