DRAl - I think we were ALL sold on how good the PHE tech was 2,3,4,5 years ago. I was in pre pandemic and the carrot always moved and the dilution always happened. Made some money on the spike, bought back a smaller amount around 2p and still got them. almost not worth selling unless PHE appears to be in critical shape then they'll be sold. I suspect many other 'investors' in PHE feel the same way.

Not right at all - £25k of buys and £5k of sells. hardly a pump and dump in any one's book.

Strangely I am more pessimistic than your Penstock! I reckon couple of months before we can sign something approaching an agreement if not the actual agreement, not weeks imo. But then progress in what 6 weeks already is good work indeed - and I was right that some cash was spent on speaking in person to these potential customers.
