No. you can certainly get rid of Lunn via EGM and no you do not need a Chairman to replace him. You can have an interim chairman which is temporary. Anyone can do this.

StormingNorman - in fact they don't have the £20m. Directors are not allowed to conduct any business except accounts and AGM approval of said accounts as it's been more than 15 months since the last AGM. Therefore the entire GEM deal (which Lunn stated was done but not actually done) is not currently legal - even the agreement of it.

EGM notice was given to the Directors of PPP (and the others regulatory bodies) on the 25th July 2025 as I understand the process "became aware of it". So Lunn has 21 days to call it (calendar days as far as we understand). If not members will call it. I reckon we should also be prepping for court in the background too then Lunn will have to air ALL of his dirty dealings in court - with the threat of contempt of court and prison time if he doesn't cooporate in the timeline decided by the judge.

Ah no, true, but you just said noone is going to send an OAP to prison... just did a 5s google search and OAPs do get sent to prison, although a 96yo driver who killed another OAP with their care narrowly avoided prison (the 2nd of the two stories that popped up)

For white collar crimes it is unlikley because most people of that age have retired and are living it up in South end on Sea or the Bahamas. IMO seems a strange way to spend one's final years of life doing what Lunn is doing.

Granted shares in lieu of a large salary - likely salary is similar to Aleks/Howards (£36k/year or something). If granted options RF we could then surmise the salary is industry standard (£100,000's) but it isn't.

Reasons were given on the prior company which are acceptable to - would you prefer being told up front or finding it out later? It grows trust if we are told up front about anything like that and mitigates any deramping whining. So it's good to me. In addition RF is still Director at Plagazi so honestly doesn't matter, does it.
