What sniping? honest question - where will this money come from?

It's going to cost what £10-£15m just to drill anywhere (this was at 2015 prices yes?) - where's that money coming from? Anyone know?

So we have 100% of PPP backing into RMD, which owns what % of the licenses worth about $1. Does anyone know what % of the licenses RMD owns through its Polish subsiduary? 10%? so $0.1 then. rofl

However not sure who these threats are directed towards - existing shareholders trying to protect their investment, asking for only proper transparency and governance from the board of a publically listed company, or the uninvested trolls who seem to infest this board and seem hellbent on wishing and begging for massive dilution without proper due dilligence, communication, nor significant details on the strategic direction of the company.

Amazing who comes out the woodwork here. I think that what we saw yesterday were the last attempts and surpressing the SP by an organised set of people.

Of course always the worry on the delist - that's still up to a vote.

Laura - I would surmise that it has also been very low volume in sells to frop below 0.1 so for it to climb above also didn't take a lot. I suspect we'll see higher by the end of next week. Maybe even tomorrow.

Ah I meant to say about that Sham - I do understand where you are coming from, but if you are investing in pharma it isn't for a week or a month it's probably 5-10 years. For all you know they'll sort all this out and relist. or go over to the US (which is where POLXs main market is at the moment - plus gateway to Asia moving West). So yes if you want to sell you can set a price and leave it. Maybe it gets taken maybe it doesn't. But it's highly, highly unlikely that someone will say "please take all my shares for nothing" which is exactly what posters here have been meaning as 'worthless'.

What are we thinking? I find the behaviour of the SP and the advertised spread vs actual spread highly unusual.

don't forget that the £250,000 is also being attempted to be paid back in 6.25m shares at the GM. So, essentially, RMD get PPP listing, and all the rest of it, for free (including Texas).

I believe, as Mr White had the share certificates in his hands (from Anton), that he didn't realise he didn't own own until the implications of them not being registered at computershare due to the admitted PPP's admin error. The issue was only realised after Evans resigned, Anton was long dead, and Lunn then refused to give the shares to the rightful owner that he realised there was a material problem even though Lunn admits it was a PPP admin error he refused to correct it!

And here we are.

Bassman - that is not the same as being worthless. That is low liquidity. that is not worthless.

That is factually untrue. The shares are not worthless if this delists, they are just not easily tradable anymore - and the company is even putting in an off market trading portal together, as stated many times. This is not adminstration - perhaps you need to open a dictionary.

This is the type of behvaiour that the FCA and LSEG will be investigating into on sites like this.

It's people, along with paid MM and PR stooges, like Bassman who is the problem here. All this belittling for no reason.

Remember, FCA will be looking into sites like this along with LSEG - the actual London Stock Exchange not the LSE copycat acronym stealers.

MMs probably naked shorted it to hell for no reason other than it's a UK pharma. Unbelievable opportunity for investors here.

Changed my mind and will vote no to delist and yes for the company to publish size of MM naked shorts to name and shame them. If only us mortals could sell shares we don't actually own.

there are 2 transactions.

6 million paid for in November 2023 - not received due to PPP admin error which is being refused to be fixed unless we vote in 120 million of other shares. Which stinks.

1million paid for in November 2024 - received.

So. What is it. 0.5%? 5%? 10%? Can't be much.

It's a no vote until I get more details.

And did anyone notice the again threat of voting no?

To the Board: don't spend PPP's (our money) on RMD because that is illegal.

I think there is a misunderstanding here. The 1million shares from Nov 2024 have been received as far as I am aware - and you can confirm this via Companies House.

However the ADDITIONAL shares purchased in November 2023 are the 6million shares that have not been registered to Mr White.

In addition, the severe lack of value occured under Mr Lunn's watch - as he did absolutely nothing to sort out any issues with the licenses, and indeed appears to still want the licenses but only after writing off $7.5million as per the 2024 accounts (which is odd because that should only have contained information up until 31 March 2024 which was 4 months before suspension.

totally agree. we all want this back trading but we don't want it back at a 4p or 1p or 0.5p or 0.25p or whatever SP. We want it to come back at an SP above what we went into suspension with. That will deter the on the fence sellers.
