I'm not sure you have any idea what you are talking about, sorry. You wouldn't have dumped 15% of the company in a morning if you knew suspension would occur in 2 weeks. You'd have gamed it usualy and dumped it all 31st July. So no, don't agree. This GV deal got them with their pants down. And they are still down.

I'm not sure I understand - how are you able to causally (not casually!) link suspension that occured 2 weeks AFTER PEEL 'UNT sold their longs (but didn't manage to fully cover their shorts) and the share being suspended?

What do you mean fled for safety? PEEL increased their holding even up until and on the day of the 17th July 2024. It is also evidenceable that that long was to offest their naked shorting of the share as proven by the price action at the time (and PEEL sold out ASAP by 11am on the 18th but the share continued to rise and rise).

Yeah I think most investors wouldnt be looking at adding £10k into any one share unless your portfolio is £150k+ or so! £5k and I reckon most would bite his arm off so it's been chosen that way. HUI IPO was £5k cut off.

That's the question right - we don't know. For me if it was undersubscribed I should think it would be then advertised for widely. But it isn't.

So why isn't it being advertised widely if it is undersubscribed/they don't think they'll fill it.

But the financials for OO are clear so it's almost a no brainer and in addition admirable that HW wants to support HUI in this way.

Don't forget £780k was raised 1st aug, 16th Aug and 27th(?) November. So that more than pays for the $600k debt as that's over $1m in funds. The rest addresses the going concern.

In addition seems to be an accusation that the Directors are paying themselves large sums - yet the Chairman has been in for 9 months and hasn't done anything about it. Then again 2023 accounts state salaries for 3 Directors was under $180,000 in total. Hardly a large sum between 3 people for a publically listed company.

Not sure it will eclispse it. I think it can be a segment of the business with a viable self contained prototpe location of the HUI DMG (if we get to that stage) otherwise it'll just underpin the finances for the company and greatly reduce the risk of any form of dilution by cementing the company finances.

I think the preIPO is oversubscribed and I think that's why it's delayed - if you aren't forced to then why close it? They certainly aren't advertising it widely no why is that?

where did that come from? Salaries take precendence over debt, anyone knows this. Otherwise the Directors all go elsewhere to put food on the table. Honestly. And for all we know the debt was about to be paid off before lunn came tramping in

Glad to see Lunns manipulating wording is getting to you. now take a step back, do some research or use your knowledge and analyse the RNS accordingly instead of it being standalone.

So that's the £500k lie 20th December started to negotiate and today's they negotiated the settlement on that date, and we also have the 21st may RNS stating Gem deal entered into including CLN yet today apparently they haven't.

FCA. Are you getting this? If it wasn't for the effort of the author of the letter last night noone would have been any the wiser here. When will you formally arrest Stephen Lunn for market manipulation, lying, covering up the truth, and general misdirection whilst in charge of a publically listed company? All of his actions are bound to decimate the share price on re-trading.

no it isn't worthless. There is directly, now, today, a contradiction between 2 regulatory news articles, of which many are using to say vote yes.

How do we know the full amount was even paid back. Not 1 month ago Stephen Lunn said the CLN drawn down. And here we have in fact the GEM deal hasn't been entered into yet nor anything drawn down yet in the 21st May RNS said it has been. How do you square those two round holes?

That's now 2 lies/contradictions/untruths/senile ramblings from an old man across 2 RNSs. you'd think for someone who is a Chairman that they can at least follow all of their lies they've told, or has he told too many and can't remember any more.

yes the company has a debt obligation, however not a single share or £ from the resollutions at the GM will go towards paying for it because that's not what is on the table here. Why are you trying to spin this? It's literally there in black and white - assuming you've read the resolutions through your broker being a hold of course.

Please go through Stephen Lunn's RNSs (which are legally binding) and pick out the discrepancies. next please demand proof from both parties of the settlement exactly what happened and when. if neither of these add up with either of Lunn's RNSs then I assume we can move to trial?

20th December RNS (as referenced in today's RNS):

"In the U.K., the Company has entered into settlement discussions with a major creditor. This creditor secured a judgment for approximately £500,000 including costs against the Company earlier this year. This liability remained unaddressed causing the Company to face an immediate winding up order. The present board have entered into negotiations for settlement and are looking at a satisfactory outcome.The Company is therefore taking advice to ensure it is staying within its solvency parameters. This advice will also address and investigate actions of previous Directors."

Today's RNS:

"a. A judgement for approximately £500,000 including costs against the Company was obtained earlier in 2024. The Company negotiated a settlement which we announced on 20 December 2024;"

Don't know who Herpes and OldUncle are but I guess their 15,000 shares won't really affect the outcome too much. usually the loudest voices have the least.

That and the hilarious claptrap spouted on here until the amazing letter that was shared here yesterday. And somehow now we get this hasilty written RNS which doesn't clear anything up.

Back trading. Use the raise money from August/November to pay the licenses off (unless Lunn's already squandered it all on legal fees fending off legitimate enquiries by verified shareholders). and then we can talk about the prospectus.

Is noone capable of looking at what was stated months ago by Lunn, and stated even last month by Lunn. And now even going back on what were in HIS previous RNSs?

Mind boggles. He gets his illegally gotten shares and this isn't coming back to trading it's goodbye and goodnight.
