And the placing sold at least 9, potentially 9.65m so no TR1 expected. HUI cashed up for the MENA as well. OO acqusition ongoing and the preIPO appears to still be open but it's under the radar. What's interesting is during the auctions a trader is trying to push the price down by putting in lots of tiny sells (that usually don't match to provide a UT).

Unfortunately for the honest shareholders, PHE is in a much, much worse position than HUI due to historically bad management, and inflexiblity to deal with a changing world (which is how companies go bust).
