Don't forget that the 52m lent shares are not able to be used for voting because they are lent out. So if everyone who had the remaining shares voted that's 53m (the 6m from the Aug placing aren't in play yet) so 26.5m for an equal vote. As this is substantial dilution, without a prospectus, without a mandate to take actions, this action can be undone as soon as it's been passed - perhaps this GM is just giving Lunn enough rope to hang himself with with a crystal clear illegal act.
I'll tell you this for nowt - it's an entertaining ride. If one extrapolates the rubbish here to any other share then it's a wonder any of us invested anything anywhere at all.
