I'm fully expecting news next week of Blythe being back flowing, followed the week after by drilling resumption at Southwark. Hopefully those bits of positive news may help us back over 40p at least.
The cashflow figures v current Mcap posted below make IOG a no-brainer investment surely. Don't understand why BH don't take out LOG at discount to these low levels as that would help price shoot up surely.

The govt sworn in yesterday but it seems that budget won't be signed off until end of June. Hopefully that doesn't further delay decision-making, as also believe that go ahead already given to spend EU grants as budget won't affect that. The wait for positive news to get SAV's sp moving up significantly is painfully slow. No news on court case yet which is disappointing as I'd hoped this would be dismissed very quickly. Longer the silence the more I fear they may have a case.

Forecast posted earlier today of a blue finish looks way off the mark and its getting hard to remember the last one !
I'm hoping now for a buyout at a decent premium to end this torture.

Alligator- can't say I disagree with your comments about the board but what are the options for us PI's ? It's the major holders that could sack them if they want so well have to sit by and see if that happens but very unlikely is my guess as they're all in it together in my viewpoint.

This is turning into a tough hold now with constant drip down of the sp despite the positive recent newsflow and outlook. Definitely being played with by the MM's.

Given the scarcity of supply in Europe I think having a Li supply source in the country next door would be considered by VW as local !

Good to hear that Bravenes is at Southwark now. Hopefully the rock-dumping is underway now and we'll have a positive update by mid April.

I'm not technical but just from looking on advfn those figures don't look like production flow rates as they go way back to July 2021 and nobody on advfn thread is clear what they show either !

All speculation as nobody here knows what big holders will do , but can't see the sp jumping up until there is a very positive update on Southwark progress and production flow rates from the two flowing wells, so could be a couple of months at least until we push through 50p and beyond. Any sooner would be a welcome bonus.

GGIS, I agree and was not criticising what you said at all, but they only mention informing after months, so I'm just not expecting an update soon but would of course welcome it !

GGIS, you are right in my opinion but with IOG's track record for poor comms I am not expecting them to announce any flow rate info for months as that is what was mentioned in the RNS.....anything else would be a bonus !
Frustrated by the price given the news recently but nothing can be done but hold and hope that the buying pressure combats the selling sufficiently, but I do feel we are range bound as some holders clearly keep selling in the lower 40s and may continue to do so for a long time yet.
Looking forward to positive Southwark update soon I hope.

Thanks for update SailorNL. Good to hear of Southwark activity and hope IOG can hit target dates with no slippage or further problems arising.

If tmw follows this week's pattern then the low 30's is likely to be the sp at COP tmw, especially if nerves prevent holding over weekend. Not an sp scenario I could have imagined this time last week as thought we'd close this week in mid 50's with two first gas announcements ! IOG should be in the roller-coaster business, not gas !!?

Trustatrade, I understand that, but it concerns me that these professional big gun investors see no value in remaining invested in IOG based on the plans. I know they still hold loads but who knows if they'll just keep selling now to gradually exit. I get the sense they have little faith in the board. Having wanted newsflow for so long but now seen the impact, it makes me dread future newsflow if this going to repeatedly happen on news of achieved objectives. Bit of a whinge I know but not happy after holding so many years for gas to flow and seeing the value drop in chunks !

Feel like a total mug for thinking wed hit 50p this week ! Much more likely to go sub 30 it seems......****ed off and unimpressed that the board are rewarding themselves handsomely again for screwing things up but getting away with it on back of high gas prices, which won't last for ever but no doubt they'll jump ship by then with heavily loaded pockets laughing their tits off.

Yesterday's climb back recovery not in evidence today sadly.
