I was looking into a rental property but got out off by all the taxation measures that have been put in place over the last few years. No interest write off, extra stamp duty, etc. Then factor in 40% tax and the government have now taken away your right to evict during a crisis. Long term it would be good but month to month quite risky and I’d just about break even.

Should have definitely seen a boom from all the live sport being cancelled on the casino and poker side.

I’ll feel better once they are established in the UK rather than dodgy corrupt Italy.

I hit this sweet during the last lockdown so have gone in again.

It’s a DISCUSSION board, not a fanboi page.

I bailed out of this today. Something about it just doesn’t sit right with my so I’ve taken the hit. More than happy to go back in once it’s a bit further along the line though.

I’m not fully convinced on the concept, some of the actions of the CEO have been very ‘amateur hour’.
