The funder in the pipeline doesn’t seem to fancy the Italian portfolio too much either which is the bulk of the originations.

My theory is that once funding is agreed and now that we know the legal contracts/framework have been drawn up (December RNS) it should just be a process of matching the clients to the funders, assuming that all due diligence has already been done in the background.

The bare minimum acceptable for me tomorrow now is confirmation of funder.
