@GS - I suspect you are right - ah well we have 4 wks to do our homework unless of course someone else does it for us by way of an offer. At these levels PAYS is excessively cheap compared to peers. GVC and PAYS have roughly the same Market Value at just shy of £2bn - yet pays has about 4 times the revenues and EBITDA of GVC - that can't continue

Although we don't report 1st half for another 4 wks - the numbers out of GVC sound like the sector has done great with even a better 2nd Qtr over the 1st Qtr Commenting on H1 corporate performance Kenneth Alexander, CEO of GVC Holdings stated: “I am pleased to report that in the first half of 2016 GVC has continued to deliver positive trading momentum. They said something similar on the 23rd of May 2015 in relation to last year's results : "Half Year results for the existing Optimal Payments businesses to 30 June 2015 are expected to be announced on 26 August 2015." ...none the less they provided a trading update on the 3rd July - so I wouldn't necessarily rule out a trading update this week...

hopefully we get a trading update this week - mindful of directors buys in mid june - v good sign of things to come especially as one invested £140K

I personally think the time is now right for PAYS to go after a US listing - with only 5% of PAYS business generated in UK and post BREXIT there are so many more positives to be had from a US listing

Interesting article from seeking Alpha - particularly their conclusion that Visa might see PAYS as the route to go head to head with Paypal....that makes a lot of sense, especially as Visa scrapped its support for Monotise as its route to digital payments last year.
