its $76m. the company had noted in its 2021 accounts contigent liabilities that they were claiming $95m inc costs and interest so a bit of a saving but it was not in the balance sheet as a liability. any cash out is not good news.

the Voda tax case is about IR 44.7 crore, the article seems to be confused between IR 4900 crore and IR 7900 crore, so unless the article is about Voda it is the wrong tax refund amount or if it is about CNE it is the wrong company mentioned !

EC, it cant be more than a couple of weeks away in my view. what a saga.
