FWIW, that latest big leg down, 508 to 501 followed to the minute another US cent getting wiped off sterling within a few minutes, following the latest very strong US employment figures (hence likelihood of higher US interest rates for longer).

RYAN, WIZZ and Lufthansa have all taken a very similar pummeling since mid-December. The problem is sectoral, not just EZJ. (The big exception is IAG. Don't ask me why).

The only other recent times EZY's RSI was lower than now (sub-25) was March 2020 and Sept 2021. Maybe the algos, bots and hallucinating AIs that run the market these days really do think the 'new China flu' is coming to get us all. (It isn't.)

But of course it's missing the big post-Covid factor: the issue of 300m new shares in 2021. So comparing with the pre-Covid SP is always going to be misleading, unless and until there's a big buy-back.
