Yes... I meant that it might be better to wait a while before you sell (if you decide to do that). Selling before xd would obviously be necessary although at this share price and with the share buyback and general inflation which will increase revenues (comms prices will rise after the energy inflation - not by an much but it will come), I don't see it dropping much more (and if it does it's a buy for me).

Your decision, of course, but div is not far off and price likely to recover well in the interim. Affected by BT and comms generally. Interest rates will not be rising substantially. The governments of the world have a lot more debt to rollover than VOD.

Looks like some chunky sales going through today despite many buys. Interesting. News is hardly good globally so could just be an institution reducing exposure generally. I've been gradually getting more into gold and silver alongside this exciting opportunity!

Buys and sells pretty even today but price gradually rising. Interesting - whatever or whoever was moving the price down has mostly stopped for the moment.

You're quite right of course. Shorting is the only possible answer (but presumably these should show up as sells) if the LSE is even remotely honest and competent. But it also smells quite fishy and I think a complaint is worthwhile...

I also think - after many days of buys being far more than sells - and no reported shorting, it's time to ask the Stock Exchange to investigate the Market Making. I don't believe they're allowed to do what they appear to be doing. Luckily I have friends at the FCA so will formally complain....

Odd that you kept Shares at 90p but won't buy for almost half that. Why didn't you sell? I'm certainly uncomfortable with my overweight position but the shops are usually pretty full and the profit margin on cards, balloons, and tat is very high so a squeeze can be accommodated and just reduce some of the offers a bit and you're covered. Hopefully the British populace will celebrate Xmas this year big time despite being broke, to make up for last Xmas...

They must be buying to dump a load on a potential buyer or major investor. Hold hold hold.
