I agree with your sp estimate. Although at the moment all we have is rumours. The media can't, at this stage, be trusted to be accurate. If to be believed, while discussions, plans, or negotiations are ongoing, they have not reached a point where they meet the requirements for mandatory disclosure under UK rules. On that note, bidding war speculation could see the sp could go anywhere!
