What's a skinny lable?

I've done a search for relevent news on GSK today. I'm not sure if this is news, or relevant, so forgive me for posting it if it is not.

In simple terms, the article below claims that a part of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries is getting another opportunity to argue in court that it should get a new trial.

The case between GSK and Teva revolves around Teva’s use of a "skinny label" when launching a generic version of GSK’s heart drug Coreg (carvedilol). Initially, Teva excluded the patented use for congestive heart failure (CHF) to avoid infringement. In 2020, a jury awarded GSK $235 million in damages, and in 2022 the Federal Circuit upheld this decision.

Yes, I agree, if things get worse the people who had the answers all along will be re-appreciated.
