No need for insults, I work in a commercial environment where when something goes to a court it can go either way. Also when a company is in financial difficulty nothing is certain in a issue like this. Since it has been extended twice there is defeintely some uncertainty otherwise it would not have needed extending

Bassethd, this is a great observation and so this is probably one of the non financial reasons a low offer will be rejected out of hand. Agree no listing no licence!
