They wont be declaring any details of the offtake agreement until after Rat, because the terms may impact on any renegotiation of the lease terms if they got out. I think the contracts were done a while ago, just NH stalling knowing the situation

We wont see anything on the offtake agreement until Rat, as this will be a major commercial agreement with significant financial implications and if released could stoke the fires in Ghana to re-negotiate the Lease. And of course no further MIIF money until Rat, all hanging on that. If not done quickly in Sept will become an election issue if it isnt already

There is a reason why this will be the first Lithium mine and we are seeing it. I dont see this ever being resolved if they cant even be bothered to turn up and continually argue about procedure and comma's etc rather than the substance of parliament, roll on September sadly....

IMO I don’t think they would be even trying or discussing this before the recess if they were going to delay further, anyhow it’s making sure they have enough in the house when the vote comes as delay is one thing but to not ratify would be a disaster for everyone

Beginning to understand why this is the 'first' lithium mine. Seems crazy to write a law that licence must be ratified by Parliament when there doesnt seem to be a functioning one.

Its not just about how many short, but when they have enough they will vote the right way
