When are the parliament going into summer recess?

I think after watching some of todays parliament proceedings where they were still arguing about proceedure we are a long way off getting anything sorted this week, sadly

This parliament dont rush anything, so ALL is stuffed until October, which if you think about it suits all parties except investors as the market for spod might be a little different then and will give more lazy summer days to discuss any new agreements. I would be very surprised if anything gives before 12th and then not before October

Last day of the month, so probably people closing positions wont be helping

Yep, job done, Ghana will sit on this now until ALL run out of cash and take the licence back FOC with no chance of litigation, then just sell it to the chinese

Piedmont are not obliged to pay anymore until ratification and the FID is completed. As far as Assore offer is concerned that is history, at the time it was a poor offer, but today if the offer was made most would jump at it

Spod Price is diving, now 779 usd/mt this will only dd pressure on negotiations, which could be goid/bad, but could delay ratification and buid even longer, lets see

Doesnt sound like good news, almost wishing ratification is delayed because the clock will start to production deadline for the licence, with no investment due to spod price then licence could lapse! But notice no-one seems to be selling on this news and no RNS, probably because already partially expected and just a negotiating ploy, hopefully....

I believe that this is going to be buried for months as the govt is barely functioning and they only seem interested in party/personal politics. New MIIF CEO wants to review Mining approach, so no way is this going to get past him until then and no govt will pass it without him recommending the deal, so I fear this is going to wither until then. I hope I am wrong

It needs to be ratified asap, but unlikely as the MIIF has a new CEO and he wants to review all of the practices and laws so likely to be buried for sometime as parliament wont ratify until they are happy it meets the new policies/laws, let alone they will want a bigger slice IMO
