September 2021 Phillip Schofield is made aware of an act of child sexual abuse. He stays silent. The abuser is arrested 3 months later. Phillip is summoned to the trial in April 2023 and questioned as to why he did nothing. He was in effect an accomplice to paedophilia (not great considering we now know he groomed young runner/s). April 2023 the ITV management inparticular Kevin Lygo and McCall decide to let an accomplice to Paedophilia back on air despite the damage that it will do to the ITV brand and despite protests from ITV colleagues who would rather not work with a man who has abused his position and covered up child sexual abuse. May 2023, Kevin Lygo on being questioned by Sky News states "No mistakes were made".

There you have it . The facts that Solley wishes were not in the open. In this post Saville era we cannot have management who are silent and shareholders and employees who fail to speak up.

Rhyl is fantastic. Spent a week there. Sussex street reminded me of Brighton (the druggies and the crime). Security out in force in the wetherspoons most nights (did not dare drink in any locals boozers) although as with Newport they rarely do anything other than grunt at you. Nearby Chester is a hole. I tried watching "This Morning" for 5 minutes the other day. However much of a C Schofield was in real life at least he could read the autocue. Rochelle Humes just made me switch back to news channels. ITV just excel at promoting very average people to the top jobs.

Resort holidays are not my thing. My Russian girlfriend got me to Kemer in Turkey in June in a resort only used by Russians. 3 days and I was straight on a plane out of there to the East of Anatolia and the steppes. Ani and Kars and then over the Caucasus into Georgia and Armenia. My instagram is awesome. I reckon I saw all of 10 people in 3 hours at Ani which was once the capital of a large Armenian empire. Yerevan has a great restaurant scene at night. Outdoor eating in the big boulevards. Feels like Barcelona without the tourists.

It then dropped from 130 to 53. Lucky his daughter has a good job and does not need bank of Dad to help her afford a home.

Jed in this post-Saville world people do now actually notice and take action. You cannot remain silent anymore when you know someone is a sex offender. Schofield stayed silent. His boss chose to ignore his silence. Not good enough from someone who heads up a publicly accountable broadcaster. If she was Director General of the BBC she would have already gone.

Parliament are wary not to be seen to be interfering unecessarily and hoping that the processes in place at ITV are good enough. If the Dame stays on after the report goes public then OFCOM and the select committee will be forced to move and demand she resigns or ITV will face puntive measures which could include having their license removed.

The Dame is done. 150 is hopefully back on. All just comes down to timing.

Nobody in the city supports her. She was a joke 4 years ago. Now even Parliament have decided to intervene. She is getting the boot. OFcom and department of Media Culture and Sport have the powers to remove the CEO of ITV. She failed to take ownership and give valid reasons for the Schofield screw up when summoned to the select committee. She lied to save her own job. She is gone once she gets the second summons. She has handed them 3-4 months to dig her a grave.

There is a conversation on email or via text where the Dame gave the green light for somebody who stayed silent over child sexual abuse to go back on air on daytime tv. Sorry there is no wriggle room there. Sackable but she will of course get a huge payout and slink away.

I am encouraging everyone to buy after the SP hits a low as the Dame clings on but everyone knows she is living on borrowed time. We all want that rise back up to 150 but are looking for the optimum return. 60 to 150 would be amazing. If only you and Solley were not so stuck in your ways.

Parliament held off on giving her the boot as she started the investigation. Only right to let that distraction play out and then they can get back to the business of telling her she is not fit and proper to run a public service broadcaster and to clean her desk. 2nd time around she is not going to get away with spinning more lies and BS. They have now had further time to speak to employees and shareholders. They know she has failed to do anything in years and things have got out of her control to the point that Schofield was able to dictate to her that he was going back on air.

She has collected a salary, cashed in her free shares and swanned around. 5 years and she has failed to deliver an online platform that is a proven winner despite burning through 100s of millions in investment in Britbox and ITVX. The culture has gone from bad to worse with ITV now on the front pages of the tabloids too often and ministers and OFCOM circling wondering when to pull the plug on Dame Carolyn.

5 years of nothing! A lettuce would have been better as CEO. Even Liz Truss must fancy the job after this sorry excuse for a businesswoman.

I see this finished at under 74p today after moving over 75p in the first hour. The great flight is on people. One month from now this could all be so different. Let the graph guide you. Buying back in Sept/Oct is not a bad strategy.

Solley my dear friend you have been here for years waiting for what? You bought for pennies. Failed to sell at £2+. Do you even have a trading strategy or are you just someone who is happy to plod along in life. You have not been able to sustain a rise in years now with ITV.

I am urging everyone to buy back under 60p and get rich.

So look to the graph for 1 year. This time last year ITV was at 74p. Within 2 weeks it fell below 65p. Then September it briefly lost another 10p. It took the Dame to put out a false story about selling the studios to bring the price back up.

Who will get burnt this year? The timid holders or the reckless speculators?

Let me summarise for you Solley as I know you struggle now with reading. Dame Caroline Dinenage has said that far more people have come forward since the last hearing. She is saying that MPs want a 2nd go at the immitation Dame who spun them lies and mistruths at the last hearing. The culture at ITV only seems to have got worse under the current CEO who is weak and has been taken advantage of by producers and big money stars who all abuse their staff.

Somebody who commands respect is required. The city think Dame Carolyn is fit for panto only

It is in the papers/ press /media Solley. Schofield admits in court under oath to covering up a criminal act. Dame Carolyn puts him back on air. She knew. She chose to ignore an ITV icon had acting in a morally reprehensible way. That tells us she allows all manner of abuse under her watch.

She is finished. October/November. Nobody will ever hire her as a CEO ever again. Her time at ITV has shown that she got lucky in previous roles. She lacks judgement and any backbone. Political correctness gone mad where you promote the least offensive candidate over the more capable.
