Questions were asked about the CEO's unjust share payouts 2 years ago and we were told by Kyla Mullins that the CEO's 3+million was merited despite the dire shareprice. Her rewards seem to be linked to overall profit and not the share price. She still gets the 3 million even if the company is only half the value it was when she took over.

I think there has been no share buyback as the money has been used in the past to aquire studios and build the studio business up. Smart choice rather than just buying back share in the free to air tv service which has declining revenues.

Inside trading. Well there are stict windows when the directors can sell and during those windows they have the same information as is available to us the wider public. It just looks like nobody has any confidence in their own leadership abilities.
